Friendly staff, always good food , as comfortable as it can be in economy

Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats

A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .

Pleasant up to Vienna. Afterward (Vienna- Zagreb) was an horrific experience

Leg room and seat back not a good recline (middle seat)

The option to check in the carry on bag for free was very convenient. If one checked bag could be included in the ticket price that would be even better.

Austrian airlines lost my bag in Vienna and it took 2 days to find it and deliver it to me

Edelweiss is now Nickle&dimming, not even a complimentary wine on the intercontinental flight. Sitting space is the smallest I have ever seen.

Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.

overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.

Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.

It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight

It was unclear that additional passport control was needed before boarding. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable even for small persons. The arm rests were unable to be lifted completely out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them uncomfortable to lean on. One audio channel was not working on one of our seats.

Stuff was very helpful at checkin. Flight attendants were nice. Food wasn’t very good, I expected a little more. Economy Seats are ok. Second flight was very full and they forced us to checkin our carry on.

They rebooked our flight and then canceled our trip halfway through the journey without any explanation. Needed to pay by ourselves for alternative flight options without any help from Swiss.

Sorry, I’m not a fan of United. The seats are just too cramped and uncomfortable if you are traveling very far.

We were delayed taking off which caused us to miss the connection to Orlando in Frankfurt. The gate we landed at in Frankfurt was in A terminal and the next flight was c15 which was impossible to get to even running. Very poor planning on Lufthansa’s part.

This flight went smoothly and the economy plus free upgrade worked very well.

Both my flight to Germany and my flight from Germany to the USA were delayed which caused me to miss my connection and additional stress. I had to stay overnight in Chicago, compensated by the airline. All very frustrating. We sat in the runway in Germany for over an hour? Which was never explained and caused the additional day of travel.

Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses

The connection to LYON was very tight. The flight was nearly finished boarding when we got to the gate

Horrible. My gate did not get updated with our boarding pass. We didn’t receive any communication regarding gate change. Also not enough time was given in between flights. Zero consideration for people who are coming from abroad and have to get through customs and US border patrol

I had a good experience With Lufthansa, although on one of our seats, the headrest was broken and kept falling off. The only thing that would make a better experience if the seats in economy were not so small as when one pulls their seat back it leaves you very little room.

Crew is good. Food lacked any taste. Comfort of seating in economy was worst ever experienced.

Flight got struck in gate for 45 mins for no reason. Flight got delayed reaching Mumbai causing lot of discomfort
