₪138 Find cheap flights from Tel Aviv to Europe

Very old plane, small, no screens, no charging ports. It was 4 hour of pain! I would not recommend this flight, not to mention that it costed $800, which is a total ripoff. Don't recommend!

Poor food. No seats screens only WiFi and not text messages. No in flight information for the flight . Took off one hour late.

The check in was very slow and we had to wait more than half an hour at the reception ! No priority for Platinum passengers

Non responsive and affable flight attendants. Preordered fruit dish delivered “by mistake” to a different passenger!

It was a good flight arrived on time with great crew and tasty food.(Business class)

The plain was 1 hour late. The drinking cup are ridiculously small

My El Al flight was awful - very uncomfortable seats, like short-haul Spirit Airlines not good for a 15-hour flight. My aisle seat stuck out into the aisle so was constantly banged into by flight attendant-driven carts - no apologies given at any time- and people waiting to use the toilet. Flight attendants literally yelling at passengers to sit down a half hour before landing - a lot of yelling in general. Especially unwelcome at 3am.

Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour

I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.

Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,

2 hours delay, very disappointing, at least they didn’t cancel at all as they do often

I miss my flight due to boarding pass won’t load up

Flight schedule was modified and the final departure time delayed.

Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.

The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.

Check in took very long. All three priority agents left for lunch or something and the line did not move.

A GOOD IDEA IS TO SEND TO ME BOARDING PASS IN ADVANCE SO I DONT HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT

The close the front toilet this is not good . They arive not on time is been delay the dont clean the plain . Poor

The flight was smooth, the crew were pleasant, This plain had a reclining seats which made the flight comfortable

The lady at the check-in got into a complication with the computer and didn't know how to get out of it even though they came several times to help her and direct her until finally the lady from the other position did the check-in. Just before take off they announced a delay that took two whole hours and caused a lot of trouble starting with the fact that we were hungry and they didn't even give us a glass of water (we asked and they said no) I am a sick person who takes medication (diabetes and heart disease). And this delay made me sicker. order a taxi again. after to work. and more

The flight was late with no explanation given to the passengers.

Overall a good experience for a short low cost flight . Boarding and departure was on time, crew was nice, airplane conditions were ok. The Heraklion airport is not convinient at all, especially as it doesn’t have an air conditioner. But this is not related to BlueBird.

The check in was really bad. This was my worst experience as far as i can remember. Very slow without any real reason.

There was a delay on the flight, in addition although there was a delay there was a last boarding sign earlier than the boarding time. So overall - stressed to come quickly to board and then waited a long time and arrived later than planned

Crew was super nice, boarding was fast (all trolleys were asked to be checked in), no entertainment at all, food - well, better if one brings ones own, and, surprisingly, they kept the schedule. This time around - 2 thumbs up.

I liked: Helpful, informative, pleasant crew. Could be Better: Check in. Stowage space General cleanliness especially toilets. Ugh!

It became a standard of this company to delay it's scheduled flights by hours! One to two days in advance, a notice of one hour delay is issued, then - at the airport, another 2 to 3 hours are occurring, at our outbound as well on our incoming flights. Be advised that this is to be expected. Furthermore - do not expect any transparency or explanation or just pure information from the company's reps on location, nor any other compensation or just a coupon for a snack or drink. It's probably just not part of the company's relation with it's clients.
