My suitcase was severely damaged. I didn't realize the degree until after I exited the luggage area. I submitted an online form and was informed it might be a few weeks until someone got back to me. Ridiculous. I have to return to the USA with it?!
2 hours on the tarmac then another 20 minutes at the gate make for a poor experience
Very old plane, small, no screens, no charging ports. It was 4 hour of pain! I would not recommend this flight, not to mention that it costed $800, which is a total ripoff. Don't recommend!
Poor food. No seats screens only WiFi and not text messages. No in flight information for the flight . Took off one hour late.
The check in was very slow and we had to wait more than half an hour at the reception ! No priority for Platinum passengers

My El Al flight was awful - very uncomfortable seats, like short-haul Spirit Airlines not good for a 15-hour flight. My aisle seat stuck out into the aisle so was constantly banged into by flight attendant-driven carts - no apologies given at any time- and people waiting to use the toilet. Flight attendants literally yelling at passengers to sit down a half hour before landing - a lot of yelling in general. Especially unwelcome at 3am.
Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour
The 737 lacked business-class seating. It was basically economy plus but with the middle seats left unsold. There were no TV screens but good food and service.
Plane is super outdated, seats not that comfortable for business class. Lounge also out dated. They need to catch up to 2024. Don’t think I’d ever fly again.
Everything was good, flight was smooth and on time Like service
Boarding was impossible to navigate. Had mobility issues and a business class ticket, but still boarded almost at the end of the queue because there was absolutely no organization or assistance.
Aircraft was new. Food so so, especially vegetarian was very disappointing.
Very courteous staff. Abnoxious passenger in front of me who reclined her seat all the way without warning and without considering the person behind her. My flight ORD-WAW was so much more pleasant because of the courtesy of the passenger in front of me.
LOT told me on my first flight that I had missed boarding my second flight and told us to go to a service desk to reschedule. We then were told our flight was still boarding and that we had to run through the Warsaw airport to catch it which is just a long long runway airport. The workers at the airport were not helpful at all and you have to go through two passport checkpoints. I have asthma and was almost dead when I got on the plane and no one helped or gave us water or even acknowledged us. The flight was fine - the crew members are not friendly so it’s a very functional flight at best. Also my bag didn’t make it to my final destination.
LOT was very disorganized at Istanbul airport with no communication with travelers. Our flight was delayed over and hour and a half and there were no announcements, displays or anything about it. It almost left me missing my second flight!
Great service . Everyone is so polite and ready to help. I always was using Lufthansa but from now on I will use LOT. Thank you for your service.

We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.

Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .
A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .

The option to check in the carry on bag for free was very convenient. If one checked bag could be included in the ticket price that would be even better.

Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.
better announcing at the gate prior to boarding and better organization of various gps
Edelweiss is now Nickle&dimming, not even a complimentary wine on the intercontinental flight. Sitting space is the smallest I have ever seen.
I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.
Flight was cancelled due to technical problems with the aircraft. It would be nice if SWISS would invest in new aircraft; that would for sure minimize the technical issues with (old) aircrafts.
Connecting from Germany with not enough time to go thru TSA and security so many times. Kayak or whomever doesn’t leave you enough time between flights. I made it with 5 min before my zone was called. Too stressful
Very good flight, only problem is the boarding process where some peoples do not have manners and do not how to fly ( preparing your documents, oversized carry-ons, not understanding or feigning to not understand directives).
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
No assistance as requested. Very late take off. Very hard landing And again , no assistance after landing
It subpar at best. Connection flights didn’t have enough time in between. Causing us to miss a flight and getting stuck at the airport for hours. There is also not much consideration for international transit and customs when it comes to timing.
The airplane, although a very new model, does not offer a standard outlet plug, so when my computer battery died after 2 hours, that was it. It seems bizarre that they would offer only USB outlets.
Handling of baggage. We had a two hour delay and they still did not get baggage on flight
