Boarding for business class passengers can be improved. Also, when debarking the aircraft, Economy passengers are let off first due the way the configuration of the cabin upstairs.

Good flight overall. Good options of food on NY-Dubai-Mumbai leg. Not that good reversing back. The flight crew is courteous and professional as always. The seating was much more comfortable going into Mumbai than coming back. Cheers!

Very uncomfortable aircraft. No free entertainment or drinks. Food okay. Won't fly with them again.

Flight left on time. Bags came quickly. Crew was nice. But internet never worked and the food was awful.

Good food, real silverware, polite staff, smooth landing, charging plugs, good entertainment options.

everything was great. I don't use on-board entertainment at all (I just read or sleep), but I appreciate that I couldn't hear anyone else's!

The service was excellent. We flew coach on this leg of our trip and it was still very pleasant.

From the spectacular First and Business Class configurations of your big A380 and 777, to the Bar Lounge to, of course, your impecable on board flight attendance and their iconic uniform, now also even available for young girls. All the destinations that Emirates offers makes it an airline of choice many a time.
