The food was amazing on our flight. So many options for movies and shows to stay entertained for 12 hours.
Airline did not have enough vegetarian meals for all guests, and crew were not adequately trained to handle this.
The flight was nice and on time. The comfort can be slightly better in business class
One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The seats were very comfortable and spacious. The entertainment was amazing, and so was the food!
On the DXB to IAD flight, missed the snack between the meals again...
When you buy emirates you don’t expect low cost. Boarding by bus. Seat will not incline. Line before emergency exit. Eating tray hits belly (and I didn’t grow lately). Entertainment on demand by payment.

Most aspects of the flight were great! The entertainment was mediocre, though, which made such a long flight less enjoyable.
