better announcing at the gate prior to boarding and better organization of various gps
The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands
Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.
I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.

Flight was cancelled due to technical problems with the aircraft. It would be nice if SWISS would invest in new aircraft; that would for sure minimize the technical issues with (old) aircrafts.
Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.
Excellent Airline. Food, crew and comfort was perfect. Entertainment screens were old. Didn’t like them.

Liked - efficiency of boarding with 2 jetways. Checkin was with kiosks with helpful and plentiful workers to help with the process. Munich airport security was very automated, efficient and effective. Free wine and beer! Cons - food was only okay in economy class. Plane bathrooms could have been cleaner.
The Lufthansa app needs a whole revamp flight got delayed and it kept showing original time. Communicate better with you customers
I think it was a United A380 plane. The trip from Munich to Denver was about 12 hours and the preferred economy seat I paid $75 for was very cramped. The crew was nice but I was so uncomfortable and getting up to walk around didn’t really help. My legs were swollen for 4 days afterward. I would think on such a long trip the seats would have more room. I would have gone 1st class but it was 3-4 times more expensive. I won’t fly anywhere far away again. My last experience with Lufthansa was great to Italy and back, but this time I could swear everything was United and not good.
I am not sure I like the new Discover line of Lufthansa. I have been flying from us to Italy for the past 30 years and always favored Lufthansa ove other Companies because of cleanliness, service, food, beverage. When compared white other airlines Lufthansa was always considered one of the best. I can't say that anymore. I fly Lufthansa only because I consider the line MCO to FRA timely convenient for my schedule but always look for alternatives when before I was considering other routes only if the price was in question.
Pretty standard. Crew was helpful and friendly. Plane was clean and food was good.
Flight was cancelled and I got rebooked with anther airline. Also had booked a direct flight and got a layover.
All was good. I would have preferred free drinks besides water (coffee/tea).
Swiss air was a short flight to and from Frankfurt to Geneva. The crew was nice, and the service was fine. Would be nice if they had wifi available.
