Everything was great except food . It as okay not good not bad

better announcing at the gate prior to boarding and better organization of various gps

The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands

Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.

I have no complaints. The crew was attentive, pleasant and heloful

I thought the flight crew was very attentive and the food was excellent. The only issues I had were the flight delays. A small one out of Sarajevo and a longer one out of Zurich.

I think it was a United A380 plane. The trip from Munich to Denver was about 12 hours and the preferred economy seat I paid $75 for was very cramped. The crew was nice but I was so uncomfortable and getting up to walk around didn’t really help. My legs were swollen for 4 days afterward. I would think on such a long trip the seats would have more room. I would have gone 1st class but it was 3-4 times more expensive. I won’t fly anywhere far away again. My last experience with Lufthansa was great to Italy and back, but this time I could swear everything was United and not good.

I am not sure I like the new Discover line of Lufthansa. I have been flying from us to Italy for the past 30 years and always favored Lufthansa ove other Companies because of cleanliness, service, food, beverage. When compared white other airlines Lufthansa was always considered one of the best. I can't say that anymore. I fly Lufthansa only because I consider the line MCO to FRA timely convenient for my schedule but always look for alternatives when before I was considering other routes only if the price was in question.

Pretty standard. Crew was helpful and friendly. Plane was clean and food was good.

Flight was cancelled and I got rebooked with anther airline. Also had booked a direct flight and got a layover.

Good staff help. Seats do not have enough legroom. Bus from plane to terminal was annoying.

Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses

Not helpful crew! With no care for passengers. No effort made to find the right food.

They delayed the flight multiple times, canceled, and then did not rebook or reserve hotel rooms

Overall good flight Aircraft is 787 hence seats are very narrow Asian veg food was better than expected International entertainment on screen had very limited choices
