We are flying with Swiss for a long time but this time was terrible do to are flight cancellations we are in some bad hotel with out normal food
Everything was great except food . It as okay not good not bad
Seats are too cramped, but that is a problem with every airline. I actually enjoyed the meal served.
Flight attendant served beverage to everyone during meal service and forgot about me. Had to call her several times until she realized it. Not a good service for a business class flight
Excellent Airline. Food, crew and comfort was perfect. Entertainment screens were old. Didn’t like them.
It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight
It was unclear that additional passport control was needed before boarding. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable even for small persons. The arm rests were unable to be lifted completely out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them uncomfortable to lean on. One audio channel was not working on one of our seats.
Flight was very full and we had to checkin our carry on. Stuff however promised us that our luggage will be the first one to come out and it did
Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.
I thought the flight crew was very attentive and the food was excellent. The only issues I had were the flight delays. A small one out of Sarajevo and a longer one out of Zurich.
I flew from Brussels to Munich, then from Munich to Denver. The flight from Brussels was only about 2.5 hours and it was okay. But the flight from Munich was about 12 hours and we sat on the plane for a very long time after everyone boarded. I paid something like $75 for a “preferred” seat in economy and it was so cramped my knees rubbed against the hard shell pocket. You couldn’t turn your legs to the side because the passenger next to you was too close. I was on the aisle but couldn’t put my leg out because there was often traffic or carts. Maybe I’m expecting too much but on such a long flight I’d like to see more comfortable seats. I think it was a United A380 plane. I won’t be flying anywhere that far away again. My legs and feet are still swollen 4 days later.
I asked for antibacterial wipes three times and each time I was told they will bring it to me right away with nothing delivered. I finally went to the galley and was told you did not have it. In a post COVID world that is just wrong. The crew was very non compassionate to passengers asking basic questions about food. Very disappointing and makes me reconsider my routing for the future trips.
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
Upgraded to business class and it was worth every dollar! The connection in Denver was way too tight time wise and going through customs there plus re-visiting security screen again caused me to miss my connecting flight. KAYAK should not allow that tight of connection on international flights.
The flight didn’t happen with Lufthansa. It got canceled with no reason given and all I received for my troubles was €20. People make travel plans for a reason and when the flight was rebooked, it was delayed for 4 1/2 hours on Austria Airlines. The flight attendants were of zero help. They just wanted to stand and look pretty. I hope to never fly Austrian Airlines again. Horrible!!
My connecting flight was cancelled then delayed for four and a half hours with a €20 voucher for my trouble. I think that is an awful apology because the next flight they put me on was horrible. It was overbooked, the flight attendants were of absolutely zero assistance (embarrassing actually) and the transportation shuttle to the plane was as hot as a sauna. Terrible!
The flight was at 6:10 am to early. No coffee or anything else offered. To 👎
They failed to make sure all luggage made it onto the flight. I had to spend a week on vacation with no clothes.
