We were 3 people together and they seated us apart. My wife and I were both in middle seats which were very tight
The seats in business class were the worse I have ever experienced.
Check-in was quick and boarded plane on time. Seats were comfortable, large screen entertainment, slept almost entire flight. Staff was pleasant. What is great about ELAL is their safety, and ability to take a large carrey on trolley and no one cares about size or weight. No one is taken out of line because of excess hand luggage like they do on Wiz or RYANAIR.
My suitcase was severely damaged. I didn't realize the degree until after I exited the luggage area. I submitted an online form and was informed it might be a few weeks until someone got back to me. Ridiculous. I have to return to the USA with it?!
2 hours on the tarmac then another 20 minutes at the gate make for a poor experience
Very old plane, small, no screens, no charging ports. It was 4 hour of pain! I would not recommend this flight, not to mention that it costed $800, which is a total ripoff. Don't recommend!
Poor food. No seats screens only WiFi and not text messages. No in flight information for the flight . Took off one hour late.
The check in was very slow and we had to wait more than half an hour at the reception ! No priority for Platinum passengers
Non responsive and affable flight attendants. Preordered fruit dish delivered “by mistake” to a different passenger!

We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.

We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .
A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .

The option to check in the carry on bag for free was very convenient. If one checked bag could be included in the ticket price that would be even better.

They never gave any meal during the flight. We’ve flown for years and then doing this now is ridiculous.
Much better than the major US Carriers especially in Biz Class.
I wish that the meal included a vegetable or even a salad instead of couscous! Why serve chicken with rice AND couscous? Service was good overall though a bit lacking in friendliness. Usually on air france I've been offered a glass of champagne before dinner, wine with dinner, and a digestif after dinner. We were only offered wine this time!
It was not Air France but Air Europa. But confusion over our checked luggage. Whether it was checked all the way to Tenerife or not. It was not. Had to line up again in Departures. At least our Sky Priority was honoured. Flight was fine.
My wife and I had a row to ourselves after moving seats. There were no TVs and you had to buy food. So we did nothing but had a quick nap. Flight was fine.
The male attended that served are section was a snob. He did not answer my call light when my wine spilled all over the floor. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it. He just ignored the call light when he came to give us our meal, serving the people behind us first. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it to see his reaction. It was so obvious that he was ignoring us. We were in premium economy!
The plane was old Only 3 bathrooms available for economy The entertainment was old and the selection was poor
Georgian Airways check in staff initially denied us, because they thought passengers required transit visas to transfer on connecting flights. This required 70 minutes for them to call multiple people to confirm how transfers worked. They did not apologize once accepting our check in. Onboard, the four hour flight gave stale bread with spam slices as lunch. The only included drinks were still or sparkling water.
I did not get my baggage at my final destination..poor coordination with connecting flights with partner airlines (Saudi airways). Also the food was very mediocre.
Not great , just ok . I expected better food but it did not deliver . Flight staff was ok . The guy at the drop off bag counter was the only saving grace in this whole trip . He was pleasant, friendly and very helpful . You couldn’t ask for a better assistance from him .
There was 2 hours delay before boarding and 2 hours delay after boarding while waiting in the plane
It is the worst ever airline. All employees I spoke with over the phone were pompous asses.
The gate information was never populated on the Delta app or the airport displays or the desk at the Delta lounge. We found at the last minute that we had to switch terminals and just made it to our flight. Even this we found accidentally by asking an employee at another gate. On board service was poor. Seats were very poor. All in all a poor experience. At best like a Premium Economy on other airlines

You idiots…ITA cancelled our flights one month out and we had to buy new tickets at a much higher price. You stiffed us by not refunding the cost of the insurance. I’ll never buy through Kayak again.
Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late
Crew was good. Very nice staff. Wine was good. Problems- no AC while waiting for takeoff. Long wait so we should have been more comfortable. No water for quite awhile. Food should have been better for an Italian airline. Chicken was pressed rounds of processed meat- not tasty. We had only one hour for our connection- ran through airport- plane waited for us and staff was helpful.
Flight was cancelled and other being told it was cancelled there has been no other contact.

Crew was not happy. Very uncomfortable seats. When person leans back in front of you the screen is too close to me. Food was awful.
Flights were extremely delayed, then canceled, our baggage was lost due to this and the service reps at the counter couldn’t be bothered to help us put in a missing luggage claim.
It’s not bad, simply it’s not as it used to be years ago.
Crew were professionals. However, the plane seats are too small -essentially there is no space to move around which for so many hours is almost inhuman but certainly unacceptable. Same with the bad quality of food and the fact that you need to purchase Wi-Fi
For this long of a flight one would expect some more service, like a snack, entertainment or reclining seats
The plane was late and had not been cleaned prior to our flight from Frankfurt to LA, so we had to use bathrooms that were completely filthy and stank like hell. One of them eventually was even closed early on during the flight. It was a horrific experience.
The flight crew did a good job, the main problem I had was in the layout of the pod itself. I know it does not matter but the connection for the head phones was not A- easy to find, B- very difficult to do based on the placement ( behind the right shoulder, very hard to reach, the type of plug on the frame vs the actual plug of the headphones), C due to the location and the way it connected, it did not allow me to use my own headphones, D- very low quality and very uncomfortable headphones, E- Surprisingly, very old selections of movies, for me, at least. I will still fly with Lufthansa as you deliver a very good product overall and I enjoy the quality of service, the ease and the prices. Thank you.
I understand that German food tends to bland & tasteless, but please try to incorporate some flavor in your food. Also, always have chicken as one of the options.

The hot towels before the second meal was an unexpected surprise. The crew was attentive and personable, and that’s a lot on a nine hour flight. And the hot pretzels were a kind of “auf wiedersehn “ to Germany.
