They lost a bag and now our vacation is ruined
Flight details on public information screen were misleading and wrong.
I liked nothing. An extremely uncomfortable flight, staff were rude, no ice for my drink. 4 hours of misery

On time was excellent, not serving any water and deliberate seatings apart is deplorable.
How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.
You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.
This time round it was very good, flight delayed by 30mins but capitan put his toe to the floor and made some time up!!
Boarding at Birmingham was appalling, made to stand in a corridor which claims to be a gate for an hour, despite knowing full well the flight was delayed….. the crew were fantastic and you have to feel sorry for them dealing with the delay caused three fold, inbound delay, damage to front baggage hold door and finally a further ATC delay. On board experience was good and crew friendly and helpful.
1. Too long on board without air conditioning. 2. Very very long-tiring walk to exit gate.
There wasn't a time for neither food morning entertainment in a short one hour hop over.
Flight on time, flight assistants super nice, business class very comfortable. The whole experience was very good.
It is the worst ever airline. All employees I spoke with over the phone were pompous asses.
The gate information was never populated on the Delta app or the airport displays or the desk at the Delta lounge. We found at the last minute that we had to switch terminals and just made it to our flight. Even this we found accidentally by asking an employee at another gate. On board service was poor. Seats were very poor. All in all a poor experience. At best like a Premium Economy on other airlines
No online or self check in. Sent emails in Italian language. In general, not recommended airline company.
You idiots…ITA cancelled our flights one month out and we had to buy new tickets at a much higher price. You stiffed us by not refunding the cost of the insurance. I’ll never buy through Kayak again.
Premium Economy was average for class. Seat comfort was just okay. Crew was attentive. Checkin was fine and moved quickly. Boarding process in Rome was not well organized.
It was horrible the woman next to me was sick and I asked if they would change my seat and they said that they didn’t have any available. I sat next to this women for 9 hour and now I am sick .
Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late
Crew was good. Very nice staff. Wine was good. Problems- no AC while waiting for takeoff. Long wait so we should have been more comfortable. No water for quite awhile. Food should have been better for an Italian airline. Chicken was pressed rounds of processed meat- not tasty. We had only one hour for our connection- ran through airport- plane waited for us and staff was helpful.
I've yet to be on an Air Dolomiti flight that hasn't been delayed, but other than that I've really enjoyed flying with them
The boarding system was all bogus - employees at the boarding gate were not sound like proffesional or may be possibly rational
Service was okay. Food was okay. I selected a window seat in the 36th row and someone took it upon themself to change it to an aisle seat in the very last row!!!
Flight was an hour+ late leaving Munich. We even missed a rescheduled flight from Chicago to Kansas City. Lufthansa was responsive in providing motel and meals.
There is more space in this economy seat. It felt like a better layout, not so cramped.
Zero legroom or space in economy. Flight was delayed into Munich causing a missed connecting flight and other missed bookings. :(
The staff was not at pleasant as those on the first leg of our trip.
Boarding was easy and well organized, Breakfast was not very good.
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
Staff are really not attentive. Seem rather disinterested in attending to the customers in general.
