The flight to Frankfurt was delayed. Consequently the connecting flight to Seattle could not be boarded. Lufthansa accommodated in a Cattle Class Flight where the Seats and foods were horrible. I had only Hobson’s Choice and boarded the flight and reached Seattle 3hours later than my scheduled arrival.

The flight to Frankfurt was delayed. Consequently the connecting flight to Seattle could not be boarded. Lufthansa accommodated in a Cattle Class Flight where the Seats and foods were horrible. Did not fly to Houston as original flight was cancelled.

The agent, who took my mother to her gate, kept talking with one of her male coworkers and treating my mother like a sack of potatoes. She was ignoring my questions because she was too busy flirting with her male colleague. This was a very unprofessional behavior. We also had to wait for close to half an hour for an agent to arrive.

Extremely tight connection in Frankfurt. Tickets with one hour layover are not realistic even with first flight being on time. Just barely made it and ran most of the way. 😬

Loved flying with this airline. Professional, courteous staff who did everything possible to make the long flight comfortable!

This flight went smoothly and the economy plus free upgrade worked very well.

Flight delayed at Newark by more than 1 hour. Weather was perfect. No explanation provided. This delay made me almost miss my connecting flight at Munich. Bags from all passengers from Newark were NOT loaded onto the connecting flight to Munich. Two days without fresh clothes.

Flight took off late. Flew business class. Lunch choice was chicken or vegetarian gruel. Chicken was gone by the time the flight attendant got to me. Got the salad, rolls, and desert. Skipped the vegetarian gruel. Almost broke a tooth on the roll. Suspect at it was least three days old...bird food. Wheelchair service (for spouse) at ATH was outstanding. Wheelchair service at FRA was mediocre as usual/expected.

It was terrible, I was denied to board the plane because I don't have Germany visa, but I don't know I need a visa because all I want is go back to united state and I don't need to enter Germany. When I buy the ticket and checking in I entered my Chinese passport information and I did not get any notifications that I need apply for Germany visa. This trouble is generated totally by Lufthansa and they don't offer any useful help to solve my issue which cause huge problems to my travels.
