Very bad groud crew taking bags less than 7kg Bad food Old plane
Flight was on time. Seats (economy) were very comfortable and food was excellent. The bad thing was that after landing it took an hour to reach arrivals. We had to wait 15mins to get off the plane and then had to board a bus which moved very slowly and took almost 30 minutes.
Some Crew were distinguishably fake in their interactions with passengers.
The flight was nice and on time. The comfort can be slightly better in business class
Bad Cancel the flight Came back to work only 3 days after Horrible Won’t help with hotel while we stock Horrible Don’t fly with them
I wish Emirates had lights to Philadelphia (PHL) in USA.
I was not allowed to upgrade with miles whereas others were. That’s a pity
More leg room or a bed hahaha but in all was one of the best flys I been on
More organised boarding process. It was a circus. Otherwise absolutely top class flight
One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.
The ailine departed and arrived late foe every leg of the trip, causing myself and my travel companions to miss every connecting flight. It was very unorganized given theat there was a lot of miscommunication. The flights offered are unrealistic and when you call they assure you that the plane waits for you. I missed an. entire day of my vacation and any entire day of rest back home because of the airline. I do not plan to support the airline again. Thank you
I liked nothing of Ethiopian airlines except the price of the fare.
Food was really not appealing. There was a blocked sink in the toilet. Toilet is cramped and the wall between the 2 toilets are not secured properly.
I felt all of the food tasted the same. And we had five meals over the 16 hrs in the air.
Like: Plane made it to the destination. Dislike: Food is terrible, no entertainment, very dirty airplane.
There where no ear phones provided and the food needs to improve.
The food needs to improve especially the fish as there where only 3 fish cubes in my plate.
Flight was delayed resulting in a series of unfortunate events. I ran the airport as people were yelling my flight anyone who can’t run wouldn’t have made it! Then the luggage is missing. Good company, execution needs fine tuning.
I had a full row so can't imagine how this could be better
Boarding was delayed and people were just sitting there like lost.
