Given the importance of these messages for passenger safety, this lack of clarity was concerning. Perhaps use a recoded message to alleviate this concern. Additionally, the flight attendants appeared to lack the professional attentiveness typically expected during a flight. Rather than focusing on timely and courteous service, they seemed more engaged in personal conversations than in addressing the needs of passengers. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps in maintaining the high standards of professionalism and care that travelers expect from a national carrier: AC.

No Charging ports for personal electronics, which were required to use wifi entertainment.

an absolute disaster and nightmare on air condition. IT WAS FREEZING!! everyone around us had hats, hoodies, gloves outdoor jackets on. that segment of the aircraft had a fault I assume...no amount of suggestion to turn down the air con helped. otherwise all good.

Seats were comfortable, flights boarded easily, arrived early in Toronto and on time in Nassau

It was just ok, after a weather delay and had to take 3 planes in one day I asked for another cookie and she said no only one per passenger, found that a bit pity after spending my whole day in airports and planes

As mentioned previously the professionalism and speed of the Air crew was amazing… Sarah in particular was a joy to observe and interact with, she made my flight!

They delayed all our flights and lost our luggage flying to Tokyo, Japan. Worst experience I have had with any airline. DO NOT BOOK.
