Everything was great except food . It as okay not good not bad

Seats are too cramped, but that is a problem with every airline. I actually enjoyed the meal served.

better announcing at the gate prior to boarding and better organization of various gps

I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.

overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.

Excellent Airline. Food, crew and comfort was perfect. Entertainment screens were old. Didn’t like them.

It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight

It was not made clear that additional passport control is needed before queueing up for boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped even for small persons. The arm rests were not fully capable of lifting up out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them even worse to lean on. Just one audio channel was working on one of our seats.

Stuff was very helpful at checkin. Flight attendants were nice. Food wasn’t very good, I expected a little more. Economy Seats are ok. Second flight was very full and they forced us to checkin our carry on.

Not a good one this time. The absence of internet without any information/notification ahead was really the unacceptable part. Also this new A350-900 has a serious legroom challenge for economy seats. It’s more like a medium-haul flight legroom configuration.

Not great , just ok . I expected better food but it did not deliver . Flight staff was ok . The guy at the drop off bag counter was the only saving grace in this whole trip . He was pleasant, friendly and very helpful . You couldn’t ask for a better assistance from him .

There was 2 hours delay before boarding and 2 hours delay after boarding while waiting in the plane

Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.

They lost my baggage and I still have not got it back. Disgrace

They lost my lauggage and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. NO ONE IS HELPING! PLEASE HELP FIND MY LOST LAUGGAGE

Extremely poor. First - and oddly enough, Air France denied access to the Business Class lounge at CDG to all of us - although we were all flying Business Class. It is amazing that an airline denies lounge access to its passengers flying on business and paying several thousand dollars each ticket. Second, the food on Business Class on absolutely horrible. Air France must have made an effort to prepare bad tasting dishes (not even the ice cream was good). Third, the cabin temperature was too hot and although we complained many times, it never got cooler.

A disaster. Air France is a real joke. They overcharge us customers for absolutely nothing. Service was very poor, food was mediocre, entertainment non existent, etc. We paid thousands of dollars for our business class tickets and then we were told in Paris we could not access its lounge. Really Air France ? Congratulations on irritating your customers to the sky high level and ensuring we will do everything in our power to discourage others to travel with you.

They again did not offer any functioning WiFi in the transatlantic crossing.

Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.

The insanely long lines at customs were chaotic and stressful. They also created a lot of stress among passengers. Including fights and threats. The hot food I purchased was cold, barely edible. The check in staff and crew were nice and the pilot good but the overall experience was very disappointing. Passengers were still insulting each other upon arrival.

No frills airlines. Tickets were reasonably priced for a short-term booking. But comfort is a big issue.

It was just okay. They overcharged me for a checked bag because I didn’t know it wasn’t included in the airfare.

Very small dinner, NO breakfast. You have to buy an earphone.

I travel on a monthly basis and I’m not a stranger to budget airlines. I never complain about anything, it just about adjusting you expectations to what you paid for and you will get, but these flights (2) with Air Europa Miami - Madrid - Athens were a terrible experience. Both flights had a significant delays and multiple gate changes. At the checking they used a hand scale to weight your carry in, it cannot be more than 10 kg , even it fit on size.Luckily mine was ok . The food was inedible. The staff service was ok, but you can totally tell they do not care about much and show little customer service culture. I think this was my last trip on Air Europa. Actually the price was almost the same than other major airlines, I just took this one because I needed to depart late at night.

Probably will never use this air line again. Rude miserable staff. Uncomfortable seats.

Well, I'm not too happy with the service a flight for 9 hours with only a cup of water or wine. Food only service you one-time I bind flights many different airlines and they make sure that you feel comfortable with the food and drink

i paid accidently for a second bag instead of a golf bag (Eur 40 instead of 50) they would give me credit when i tried to change the second bag from a regular suitcase to a golfbag. The comment was "you made a mistake, your problem"

Was very unhappy with the entire process, from check in to boarding to the comfort of the flight. Did not enjoy the flight on Level.

The boarding was a nightmare. Iberia would not let me check in in advance. They then refused to issue a boarding pass in Paris and said I would get the boarding pass in Madrid. In Madrid, there was no transit desk, no help. I had to run around and find someone to issue the pass. I only had an hour and risked missing the connection. Only at the gate did Iberia tell me they were overbooked and had downgraded me. I was stressed, exhausted, almost missed the connection because of Iberia’s conduct. Unacceptable.

Alaska located my mother, aware that she had mobility issues and they seated her closer to the door. She and I were seated together so I felt more secure to be able to assist her. The desk attendant reviewed what steps to take when boarding. Allowed us to board first, we loved that. I was allowed time to help her board slowly, seat her, put all her things in their place before the crowds came through. These small details made me want to travel Alaska more when possible.

HORRIBLE. 3 hours delayed. Crew did not communicate properly and was rude to passengers enquiring. Delay caused multiple passengers to miss connections.

1. The flight was late and I did jot get the seat I paid for. I paid for extra leg room and a window seat. I got a middle seat without extra leg room. 2. The customer service representative was not helpful. Explanation: many passengers arrived to the service desk in Madrid near baggage claim to rebook our flights. (We all missed our connecting flight due to delays in JFK). Upon arrival, ghere was one service agent and one line-business. After about 25-30 minutes the agent left and we could see her making a phone call. After about 5 more minutes, 2 other agents arrived. During our wait, another line formed for main cabin customers. We were told to go to the other line, even after waiting around 30-40 minutes. This would have been disastrous for ghose of us who had been waiting for so long. The agents need more training.

I originally chose two aisle seats for my daughter and myself in the same row. We got seated in the middle, three rows apart. Both of the men sitting in front of us reclined their seats fully leaving us NO room. A totally uncomfortable flight for eleven hours.

Being a platinum member and having reserved an exit row I was bumped into a middle seat which should not be allowed. On top we landed 10 minutes early to wait 45 minutes on the tarmac at Heathrow. I used to love Iberia, loving it less and less

Better pillow cases in economy. I didn’t like that I couldn’t pick my seats since I booked with Kayak.

The crew on this flight was probably the worst I have ever come across. This applies particularly to Karen and Lee (possibly Jason) - the short, overweight pompous guy - arrogant and rude are possibly too kind a description. This Lee/Jason obviously failed his exams at Charm School, and frankly, in my view, needs to be dismissed immediately. Karen was similar to the guy in attitude, but not quite as rude.

Always an excellent experience. Staff are professional without being overly fussy.

You idiots…ITA cancelled our flights one month out and we had to buy new tickets at a much higher price. You stiffed us by not refunding the cost of the insurance. I’ll never buy through Kayak again.

Premium Economy was average for class. Seat comfort was just okay. Crew was attentive. Checkin was fine and moved quickly. Boarding process in Rome was not well organized.

It was horrible the woman next to me was sick and I asked if they would change my seat and they said that they didn’t have any available. I sat next to this women for 9 hour and now I am sick .

We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.

Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late

Crew was good. Very nice staff. Wine was good. Problems- no AC while waiting for takeoff. Long wait so we should have been more comfortable. No water for quite awhile. Food should have been better for an Italian airline. Chicken was pressed rounds of processed meat- not tasty. We had only one hour for our connection- ran through airport- plane waited for us and staff was helpful.

Flight was cancelled and other being told it was cancelled there has been no other contact.

Poor , i missed the next flight to new york . We stayed inside the plane for almost 30 or 40min

Very frustrating trip. From Rome to boston , and i missed the next flight to new york

Everything was fine except the food. They really need to work on the quality of the food.
