Very old plane, small, no screens, no charging ports. It was 4 hour of pain! I would not recommend this flight, not to mention that it costed $800, which is a total ripoff. Don't recommend!

Poor food. No seats screens only WiFi and not text messages. No in flight information for the flight . Took off one hour late.
The check in was very slow and we had to wait more than half an hour at the reception ! No priority for Platinum passengers
Non responsive and affable flight attendants. Preordered fruit dish delivered “by mistake” to a different passenger!
It was a good flight arrived on time with great crew and tasty food.(Business class)
The plain was 1 hour late. The drinking cup are ridiculously small
My El Al flight was awful - very uncomfortable seats, like short-haul Spirit Airlines not good for a 15-hour flight. My aisle seat stuck out into the aisle so was constantly banged into by flight attendant-driven carts - no apologies given at any time- and people waiting to use the toilet. Flight attendants literally yelling at passengers to sit down a half hour before landing - a lot of yelling in general. Especially unwelcome at 3am.
Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour
I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.
Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,
I flew from Brussels to Munich, then from Munich to Denver. The flight from Brussels was only about 2.5 hours and it was okay. But the flight from Munich was about 12 hours and we sat on the plane for a very long time after everyone boarded. I paid something like $75 for a “preferred” seat in economy and it was so cramped my knees rubbed against the hard shell pocket. You couldn’t turn your legs to the side because the passenger next to you was too close. I was on the aisle but couldn’t put my leg out because there was often traffic or carts. Maybe I’m expecting too much but on such a long flight I’d like to see more comfortable seats. I think it was a United A380 plane. I won’t be flying anywhere that far away again. My legs and feet are still swollen 4 days later.
Extremely tight connection in Frankfurt. Tickets with one hour layover are not realistic even with first flight being on time. Just barely made it and ran most of the way. 😬
Prompt, efficient boarding. Clean aircraft and knowledgeable crew. Everything on time.
Seats were very small and of poor quality. Service was good.
Not the best overall, had challenges during boarding due to the weight of my carry-on (over 8 kilos). Interesting enough they don't check all carry-on bags. It was very stressful as Discover worker kept insisting, I had to check my bag. I finally was able to get an exception to keep my carry-on, however, I felt racially discriminated and embarrassed by this. The flight did not have WIFI access and the timing to connect between flights is not enough. As the flight leaving Philadelphia to Frankfurt was delayed, I had about an hour to make my connection. I had to run and ask people to let me go first during immigration and security so I could then barely make it to my next flight, and it was the same process on the way back. It was a disappointed experience overall.
Paid for aisle seat and got a middle seat in back. One of the more uncomfortable flights I have been on. Impossible to get a refund.
Flight was delayed for no reason and I missed my connection. This added another day of travel and I missed an event I was traveling home for.
My luggage is lost! I waited in Denver co and seen nothing almost lost my flight due to waiting for my bags and still nothing I hope to contact customer service today hope they find it
Biggest gripes were that the seats were extra narrow as the 4-in-the-middle taper down. As with most flight, too little leg room hurts my aging hips. Also changing the flight time to 3 hours earlier meant that we had a terribly long lay-over in one of the world's most boring airports
They canceled our flight right before it was to take off and then we stood in line for four hours to make other arrangements. It completely ruined our trip.
