I wish that the meal included a vegetable or even a salad instead of couscous! Why serve chicken with rice AND couscous? Service was good overall though a bit lacking in friendliness. Usually on air france I've been offered a glass of champagne before dinner, wine with dinner, and a digestif after dinner. We were only offered wine this time!

It was not Air France but Air Europa. But confusion over our checked luggage. Whether it was checked all the way to Tenerife or not. It was not. Had to line up again in Departures. At least our Sky Priority was honoured. Flight was fine.

The male attended that served are section was a snob. He did not answer my call light when my wine spilled all over the floor. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it. He just ignored the call light when he came to give us our meal, serving the people behind us first. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it to see his reaction. It was so obvious that he was ignoring us. We were in premium economy!

The plane was old Only 3 bathrooms available for economy The entertainment was old and the selection was poor

Not a good one this time. The absence of internet without any information/notification ahead was really the unacceptable part. Also this new A350-900 has a serious legroom challenge for economy seats. It’s more like a medium-haul flight legroom configuration.

Not great , just ok . I expected better food but it did not deliver . Flight staff was ok . The guy at the drop off bag counter was the only saving grace in this whole trip . He was pleasant, friendly and very helpful . You couldn’t ask for a better assistance from him .

There was 2 hours delay before boarding and 2 hours delay after boarding while waiting in the plane

Very good crew. Food service above average. Seats very small for a 12 hours flight.

They lost my baggage and I still have not got it back. Disgrace

They lost my lauggage and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. NO ONE IS HELPING! PLEASE HELP FIND MY LOST LAUGGAGE

The airline refused to board me because I showed up only 50 minutes prior to departure time, despite the fact that shortly before that, when I arrived at the airport still in time, they changed the terminal and I had to take a bus that took 20 minutes. Personal at the airport was unable to let me in, customer care was beyond useless, the original airline operator (Iberia) was as useless as a toilet paper roll core in time of a wipe and all this uselessness made me waste my ticket, my reservations, my long time parking, food and most of all the joy of being with my family for the new year after working my bottom off even at Christmas. Am I happy? Come and ask me in person!

Its a bus taking you on and off the plane so if you have big luggage … more muscles needed

Very well, except that my luggage didn’t arrive in the corresponding flight, but they brought to me the next day.

Was very unhappy with the entire process, from check in to boarding to the comfort of the flight. Did not enjoy the flight on Level.

The boarding was a nightmare. Iberia would not let me check in in advance. They then refused to issue a boarding pass in Paris and said I would get the boarding pass in Madrid. In Madrid, there was no transit desk, no help. I had to run around and find someone to issue the pass. I only had an hour and risked missing the connection. Only at the gate did Iberia tell me they were overbooked and had downgraded me. I was stressed, exhausted, almost missed the connection because of Iberia’s conduct. Unacceptable.

When having a connection at Madrid, it’s extremely confusing. You must travel from your arrival gate, all the way down stairs to a security check point, go up stairs, then downstairs to another security check. Then make your way to your gate. All the while traveling through a “mall” inside the airport which makes it difficult. 10/10 don’t recommend connecting flights through Madrid.

The connection required us to travel from terminal A to terminal E with very little time in between flights. While waiting in line, we were called to the service desk to provide our passports. We provided our passports at time of check in, assuming that American Airlines doesn’t communicate well with Iberia, this was a headache.

The staff on our flight from Charlotte to Boston were very friendly.

okay, will recommend from PR to Madrid, faster turn around

The plane was not well maintained. The entertainment system didn’t work properly, eg moving map. Many of the seat controls did not work. Cabin temperature fluctuated considerably during the flight. The seat allocated was poor, it was noisy and offered no privacy. The perfume in the toilet triggered severe allergies. Crew was very goid.

Well. It is a no frills airline. Annoying is that even for the long-haul everything has to be paid for separately. Once you add up the extras the flight is getting to expensive. Then one might as well fly with a legacy carrier which provides far better comfort. Changing flight at MAD airport is a nightmare. The worst airport in the world. Poor signposting, poor passport control, poor security check and long queues. I had 2h transfer time and spend in queues almost 1.5h

All flights with Air Europa you arrive late to the connections of other flights, I missed my train, I had to pay for my train again, the crew are antisocial, you are paying for a service, it is not free, thanks to the travelers they are there, it is the last time I fly with them,

Terrible experience - we won’t be flying with Air Europa again

The crew was not kind , just doing their job but very cold people

The insanely long lines at customs were chaotic and stressful. They also created a lot of stress among passengers. Including fights and threats. The hot food I purchased was cold, barely edible. The check in staff and crew were nice and the pilot good but the overall experience was very disappointing. Passengers were still insulting each other upon arrival.

No frills airlines. Tickets were reasonably priced for a short-term booking. But comfort is a big issue.

It was just okay. They overcharged me for a checked bag because I didn’t know it wasn’t included in the airfare.

Very small dinner, NO breakfast. You have to buy an earphone.

Food was terrible. No breakfast. Will not use this airline.

I'm not going to travel with that airline again.
