I liked bumping up to Business for less than full price. Also the option to choose your own meal online. In retrospect I would have gone with the standard meal option, but c'st la vie. Overall pretty standard flight, got good views of Greece as the sun rose. That's about it.

It was a short flight (2hours) so the tiny, tiny seats were somewhat tolerable. People with long legs had their knees up to the chair in front of them, quite uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised they served a small meal which was quite good. Staff were all great.

Boarding in BCN was really poorly managed. No communication from airline staff and no signs as to what groups line up where. It was just guessing. There were delays that were also not communicated so everybody was standing in line for almost an hour.

they were good. they coordinated pick up of luaggage at final destination. The had text updates on phone with gate/dep.time etc.

I love flying with Aegean. Crew is always polite and empathetic. Boardi

The flight was good. There was free WiFi which was fantastic. The crew was a bit rude and short tempered. The landing was super smooth

Flight was late leaving which made connecting in Athen very hard. Baggage took an hour to come out. Come on… for such a small plane. Need to step up your game Aegean!

Flight had delays as always. It has been very disappointing as the last 4 times I’ve travelled with Aegean we always had delays.

Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.

Very old plane, small, no screens, no charging ports. It was 4 hour of pain! I would not recommend this flight, not to mention that it costed $800, which is a total ripoff. Don't recommend!

Poor food. No seats screens only WiFi and not text messages. No in flight information for the flight . Took off one hour late.

The check in was very slow and we had to wait more than half an hour at the reception ! No priority for Platinum passengers

Non responsive and affable flight attendants. Preordered fruit dish delivered “by mistake” to a different passenger!

The plain was 1 hour late. The drinking cup are ridiculously small

My El Al flight was awful - very uncomfortable seats, like short-haul Spirit Airlines not good for a 15-hour flight. My aisle seat stuck out into the aisle so was constantly banged into by flight attendant-driven carts - no apologies given at any time- and people waiting to use the toilet. Flight attendants literally yelling at passengers to sit down a half hour before landing - a lot of yelling in general. Especially unwelcome at 3am.

Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour

I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.

Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,

the boarding took a really lo g time, we were standing on stairs waiting to walk out to the plane. Seats are uncomfortable but it’s ok for a short trip. There is no entertainment. Follow the rules and will not have any problems or extra charges

You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.

My flight was delayed 1 hour. My Mood was not great

Lord knows why they had us start boarding when the plane wasn't even there, staff weren't welcoming and the couple next to me travelling with a young child had a nightmare with the baby changing facilities.

Would have been a very good flight, but busses did not meet the plane at the destination airport (NAP/Naples) for nearly one-half hour after landing. Clearly the airport concessionaire’s fault, not RyanAir’s.

Online booking is poor. Flight crew are excellent. Would use them again.

The close the front toilet this is not good . They arive not on time is been delay the dont clean the plain . Poor

Crew was super nice, boarding was fast (all trolleys were asked to be checked in), no entertainment at all, food - well, better if one brings ones own, and, surprisingly, they kept the schedule. This time around - 2 thumbs up.

I liked: Helpful, informative, pleasant crew. Could be Better: Check in. Stowage space General cleanliness especially toilets. Ugh!

It became a standard of this company to delay it's scheduled flights by hours! One to two days in advance, a notice of one hour delay is issued, then - at the airport, another 2 to 3 hours are occurring, at our outbound as well on our incoming flights. Be advised that this is to be expected. Furthermore - do not expect any transparency or explanation or just pure information from the company's reps on location, nor any other compensation or just a coupon for a snack or drink. It's probably just not part of the company's relation with it's clients.
