Nice business class service for shot flight. Especially when the free WiFi works
I liked bumping up to Business for less than full price. Also the option to choose your own meal online. In retrospect I would have gone with the standard meal option, but c'st la vie. Overall pretty standard flight, got good views of Greece as the sun rose. That's about it.
It was a short flight (2hours) so the tiny, tiny seats were somewhat tolerable. People with long legs had their knees up to the chair in front of them, quite uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised they served a small meal which was quite good. Staff were all great.
Boarding in BCN was really poorly managed. No communication from airline staff and no signs as to what groups line up where. It was just guessing. There were delays that were also not communicated so everybody was standing in line for almost an hour.
they were good. they coordinated pick up of luaggage at final destination. The had text updates on phone with gate/dep.time etc.
I love flying with Aegean. Crew is always polite and empathetic. Boardi
The flight was good. There was free WiFi which was fantastic. The crew was a bit rude and short tempered. The landing was super smooth
Flight was late leaving which made connecting in Athen very hard. Baggage took an hour to come out. Come on… for such a small plane. Need to step up your game Aegean!
The flight was delayed for no reason by 30 min making my connection very hard to get.
My suitcase was severely damaged. I didn't realize the degree until after I exited the luggage area. I submitted an online form and was informed it might be a few weeks until someone got back to me. Ridiculous. I have to return to the USA with it?!
2 hours on the tarmac then another 20 minutes at the gate make for a poor experience
Very old plane, small, no screens, no charging ports. It was 4 hour of pain! I would not recommend this flight, not to mention that it costed $800, which is a total ripoff. Don't recommend!
Poor food. No seats screens only WiFi and not text messages. No in flight information for the flight . Took off one hour late.
The check in was very slow and we had to wait more than half an hour at the reception ! No priority for Platinum passengers

My El Al flight was awful - very uncomfortable seats, like short-haul Spirit Airlines not good for a 15-hour flight. My aisle seat stuck out into the aisle so was constantly banged into by flight attendant-driven carts - no apologies given at any time- and people waiting to use the toilet. Flight attendants literally yelling at passengers to sit down a half hour before landing - a lot of yelling in general. Especially unwelcome at 3am.

We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.
Friendly staff, always good food , as comfortable as it can be in economy
Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .

The option to check in the carry on bag for free was very convenient. If one checked bag could be included in the ticket price that would be even better.

They never gave any meal during the flight. We’ve flown for years and then doing this now is ridiculous.
Austrian airlines lost my bag in Vienna and it took 2 days to find it and deliver it to me
The boarding system was all bogus - employees at the boarding gate were not sound like proffesional or may be possibly rational
For such long flight we were expecting more comfortable seat , which were to close to each other , the backrest we could only lean a few inches to the back and you really couldn't stretch your legs.
There was more leg room than on the overseas flight, which was nice. Boarding was very well organized and the flight very comfortable.
The Lufthansa app needs a whole revamp flight got delayed and it kept showing original time. Communicate better with you customers
Crew were professionals. However, the plane seats are too small -essentially there is no space to move around which for so many hours is almost inhuman but certainly unacceptable. Same with the bad quality of food and the fact that you need to purchase Wi-Fi
There is more space in this economy seat. It felt like a better layout, not so cramped.
Sitting in a hotel in Chicago because I was rebooked due to a missed connection. Very frustrating.
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
Air Dolomiti personnel were very nice as ever. Got nicked for 80 euros for my bag; something I didn’t agree to when I booked… What’s up with that?
I will not fly them again. Late flight ( no communication as to why)… no one even remotely working to help those with connections that are very narrow off the plane in a hurry … NO ONE understood how to move … and 1/2 the plane was running to connections. I missed mine. Total pain in the arse. A 12 hour trip in total took like 20 hours…. Horrible. 1st Lufthansa flight - and will try not to book them again
TERRIBLE. THE ONLINE CHECK-IN REQUIRED CHOOSING FROM A DROP-DOWN MENU THE AIRPORT OF DEPARTURE. PARIS WAS NOT A CHOICE AND COULD NOT BE ENTERED MANUALLY. THE WHEELCHAIR SERVICE RESPONSIBLE TO TAKE ME From My Arrival Delta three hours in advance refused to take me from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 without the Arkiya Boarding pass. I was helpless and missed the flight to TLV. I had to buy a separate ticket one way on Elal at 14:30 from Terminal 3 and PAY $715. ADDITIONAL MONEY. I DEMAND THAT ARKIYA REIMBURSE ME FOR THAT $715.00 DUE TO THEIR INOPERATIVE ONLINE CHECK IN THAT PREVENTED. ME FROM MAKING THE FLIGHT
Crew was super nice, boarding was fast (all trolleys were asked to be checked in), no entertainment at all, food - well, better if one brings ones own, and, surprisingly, they kept the schedule. This time around - 2 thumbs up.
I liked: Helpful, informative, pleasant crew. Could be Better: Check in. Stowage space General cleanliness especially toilets. Ugh!
It became a standard of this company to delay it's scheduled flights by hours! One to two days in advance, a notice of one hour delay is issued, then - at the airport, another 2 to 3 hours are occurring, at our outbound as well on our incoming flights. Be advised that this is to be expected. Furthermore - do not expect any transparency or explanation or just pure information from the company's reps on location, nor any other compensation or just a coupon for a snack or drink. It's probably just not part of the company's relation with it's clients.
