We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.
Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .
A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .

Pleasant up to Vienna. Afterward (Vienna- Zagreb) was an horrific experience
Leg room and seat back not a good recline (middle seat)
The option to check in the carry on bag for free was very convenient. If one checked bag could be included in the ticket price that would be even better.

They never gave any meal during the flight. We’ve flown for years and then doing this now is ridiculous.
My luggage did not make the connection and 4 days later I still have not received it.

We are flying with Swiss for a long time but this time was terrible do to are flight cancellations we are in some bad hotel with out normal food
I like how professional, fast and good the whole experience was.
This time, I traveled in the economy, and it was surprisingly better than the eco-premium (food, comfort, and crew were noticeably worse in premium!)
I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.
overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.
This was an upgrade to business class and really enjoyed the experience. Much better than my earlier flight and thank you.
It was the first time in my life (I’m 54) that I’ve had to pay for drinks on an international flight. Very disappointing. Also, the baggage fees were very steep. I’d rather pay for everything in the price of the ticket than be repeatedly charged for add-ons.
It was unclear that additional passport control was needed before boarding. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable even for small persons. The arm rests were unable to be lifted completely out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them uncomfortable to lean on. One audio channel was not working on one of our seats.
The service was really good. The breakfast food could’ve been better as I don’t eat sweets for breakfast and the only choice was a muffin. Overall, good experience though. Thank you.
The staff are extremely rude maybe even racist, I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. I will never fly with Lufthansa Mor Discovery Airlines again.
Flight was cancelled and I got rebooked with anther airline. Also had booked a direct flight and got a layover.
Zero legroom or space in economy. Flight was delayed into Munich causing a missed connecting flight and other missed bookings. :(
The plane was crowded, seats narrow, legroom practically nonexistent. The entertainment feature didn't work for my row and nobody was able to/interested in trying to fix it. This was a direct contrast to a very comfortable Lufthansa flight I'd taken from RDU to Frankfurt about a week earlier.
Check-in was very disappointing. My Seat reservation was no longer honored which I had for several months. Supposedly the monitor was damaged and the seat could not be issued. In the lounge I checked again and the seat had been assigned to someone else so I could not sit next to my wife and no other adjacent seats were available - except right in front of the bathrooms and galley. Very disappointing practices for business class!
Delayed flight with no explanations; no jetway boarding so we had to stand on the tarmac in the cold rain. Baggage was lost.
Had to put carry ons under seat and had no legroom!!!
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
I liked that the chairs don't go back too far. I did not like the entertainment system, which was really terrible by industry standards. The crew were unpleasant. The main meal was terrible, the morning meal was quite good.
