We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.
Friendly staff, always good food , as comfortable as it can be in economy
Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .
My luggage was lost and I did not receive any compensation
Pleasant up to Vienna. Afterward (Vienna- Zagreb) was an horrific experience

The option to check in the carry on bag for free was very convenient. If one checked bag could be included in the ticket price that would be even better.

They never gave any meal during the flight. We’ve flown for years and then doing this now is ridiculous.
The service was flawless. The trip went great. I flew from Venice, Italy to Tampa, Florida. The issue is my bag (that I checked for free when checking into the flight) was ripped along the side when I collected it from baggage claim in Tampa, last night. I thought of talking with the Tampa baggage claim employees about it and see what could be done, but my bag isn’t a very expensive bag and I didn’t want to make a big deal of it. I’m not sure if I’ll be checking a bag anymore in the future.
My luggage did not make the connection and 4 days later I still have not received it.
I took this flight to be able to fly with Swiss instead of Air Canada from Geneva.. The AC planes have a better outfit in Business class than Swiss, but the service aboard Swiss is really best, first-class, as is the food and beverages. Though using the same plane model (A330-300), the interior setup of the cabin starts to show its age, but IMO the planes are better serviced by Swiss than AC. I had in my recent trips with AC way too many technical problems that led to delays or even complete cancellation of my flight.. Their fleet is aging (average 20+ years) and the maintenance has taken a toll compared to years ago. Cutting costs in every corner has to be paid sometime by someone, and it's the travelers at the end that pays for it. Unfortunately for me, flying directly to Zurich puts a much longer after-fly trip on me than Geneva.. so I might go back to direct flight YUL-GVA, even if I don't like flying with AC.

Terrible plane small airbus good for a 1 hr trip I booked business as it is. A night flight and 4hrs trip it was an ordinary economy seat with no one next to me what a joke what a stupid decision to buy business
Seats are too cramped, but that is a problem with every airline. I actually enjoyed the meal served.
Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.
Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.
The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.
It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight
My luggage got lost and until today there is no solution to the problem. It's still missing
I am writing to demand an immediate refund and compensation for the absolutely unacceptable experience I endured with VUELING this week. On Monday, my flight was canceled, and despite this, I have yet to receive any refund. I was then taken to a hotel in a terrible location, where no food or even water was provided. The next day, I was rebooked on another flight, for which I had to personally cover an additional €50 in transportation costs—only to have that flight canceled as well. After waiting 10 hours, only 10 of us were offered alternative accommodations, while the rest were left stranded. We were forced to remain in this situation until Thursday without a single explanation or proper assistance. During this entire ordeal, we were only provided with breakfast and dinner, while being charged extra for drinks. This level of treatment is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate refund for the cancelled flights and full compensation for the inconvenience, additional expenses, and the significant distress caused.

Nothing. There was no flight. They cancelled the flight with no replacement about 9 hours before takeoff.
The flight was canceled at the last minute. Alternative flight was booked after 6 hours wait in Malaga airport.
Boarding with some sense and communication. It was a total free-for-all everyone coming all at once, no organisation of row numbers or priority.

Terrible. For clarity - this was the Level flight to Boston. Not Vueling. Would urge customers to avoid this airline. Gate agent was singularly unhelpful. He was argumentative, rude and went out of his way to ensure that every penny was collected for the baggage (which we realized given how early we were for flight we could have saved hundreds of dollars if we checked in on app). No onboard entertainment or WiFi. Half of the front section was empty because the seats did not work! Plane was falling apart.
No complimentary snacks, but I think that’s a standard in the USA. There were loud drunk Germans sitting in front of us.
Well. It is a no frills airline. Annoying is that even for the long-haul everything has to be paid for separately. Once you add up the extras the flight is getting to expensive. Then one might as well fly with a legacy carrier which provides far better comfort. Changing flight at MAD airport is a nightmare. The worst airport in the world. Poor signposting, poor passport control, poor security check and long queues. I had 2h transfer time and spend in queues almost 1.5h
All flights with Air Europa you arrive late to the connections of other flights, I missed my train, I had to pay for my train again, the crew are antisocial, you are paying for a service, it is not free, thanks to the travelers they are there, it is the last time I fly with them,

The crew was not kind , just doing their job but very cold people
The insanely long lines at customs were chaotic and stressful. They also created a lot of stress among passengers. Including fights and threats. The hot food I purchased was cold, barely edible. The check in staff and crew were nice and the pilot good but the overall experience was very disappointing. Passengers were still insulting each other upon arrival.
No frills airlines. Tickets were reasonably priced for a short-term booking. But comfort is a big issue.
It was just okay. They overcharged me for a checked bag because I didn’t know it wasn’t included in the airfare.
Very small dinner, NO breakfast. You have to buy an earphone.
Food was terrible. No breakfast. Will not use this airline.
I'm not going to travel with that airline again.
