Business class on this plane was adequate, service, amenities, swag, and crew was amazing!
The food options for children is limited The business class bed is not fully lie flat, and this is an uncomfortable sleep

Seats are not as easy to move as you would hope in premium econo Y
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The seats were very comfortable and spacious. The entertainment was amazing, and so was the food!
The flight experience was good, but connection time was cut shorted because of delayed start.. it would have been helpful if the flight showed which gate/terminal we need to go for connecting flight and flight timing was less than 30 minutes to connect which made ourselves stressful to catch next flight 😔
On the DXB to IAD flight, missed the snack between the meals again...
Excellent staff! Flights were delayed due to technical issues after everyone was boarded and we sat in the flight for almost 2 hours before taking off. Not enough vegetarian food was available despite pre-ordering. The staff did an exceptional job dealing with both the problems neither of their making.
Good food and staff. Flights were delayed making catching the connecting one tough with no time to stretch in between
When you buy Emirates you don’t expect low cost. Choice of coffee/tea vs water. Entertainment on demand. Seat distance won’t allow food tray to extend without hitting belly (and I didn’t grow lately)
Nothing special.. they could have provided something to eat without a charge
Terrible plane small airbus good for a 1 hr trip I booked business as it is. A night flight and 4hrs trip it was an ordinary economy seat with no one next to me what a joke what a stupid decision to buy business
Seats are too cramped, but that is a problem with every airline. I actually enjoyed the meal served.
Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.
I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.
Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.
Excellent Airline. Food, crew and comfort was perfect. Entertainment screens were old. Didn’t like them.
Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight
It was unclear that additional passport control was needed before boarding. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable even for small persons. The arm rests were unable to be lifted completely out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them uncomfortable to lean on. One audio channel was not working on one of our seats.
Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.
I felt all of the food tasted the same. And we had five meals over the 16 hrs in the air.
The use of a domestic carrier without entertainment was disappointing and a let down
The food needs to improve especially the fish as there where only 3 fish cubes in my plate.

I like the leg room. I did not like the plane from Chicago to Addis. It was dirty and smelly and toilet area filthy. My screen was not working and kept saying loading. The plane from Addis to Harare was clean , more modern and food looked much fresher and tasted better. Boarding at Addis was a nightmare, long queues and lots of confusion,International space has no seating are and one is standing all the time.
Very bad, flying business but have no benefit of it. the crew was rude and I was not offered any food at all. I called them 3 times but none of them came. I was sick at that time and none of them helped me. an hour before landing they came to offer me food. it was too late because my stomach was already very painful and I was vomiting. I nearly can’t walk to immigration. I was forced to cancel my connecting flight and had to stay overnight in stockholm to recover my health.
It’s good alternative flight out from Mogadishu, especially for the timing

The staff were very helpful with getting the wheelchair for me and bringing my carryon down the stairs from the plane.
the boarding took a really lo g time, we were standing on stairs waiting to walk out to the plane. Seats are uncomfortable but it’s ok for a short trip. There is no entertainment. Follow the rules and will not have any problems or extra charges
Be on time and staff on airport could be a bit more nicest
You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.
My flight was delayed 1 hour. My Mood was not great
Lord knows why they had us start boarding when the plane wasn't even there, staff weren't welcoming and the couple next to me travelling with a young child had a nightmare with the baby changing facilities.
Boarding was with buses, but they let people without priority boarding before people with priority boadring.
Ryanair was ok but the flight is delayed 2 hours! We dont know the reason if it was either Ryanaair or the Kos airport or Vienna Airport …
The planes are dated and need upgrades. Seats are not comfortable and entertainment equipment doesn’t work

BAD experience. Entertainment system was not working and most of the passengers had this issue. Staff was not helpful. Meal was yuck. Bad old flights.
Crew were slow in serving, as a result many of the passengers were not served Tea/Coffee. There is a scope for improvement
Their security process is excessive. We were checked when we got off our incoming plane, at the gate and up the stairs when boarding the plane. Come on.
Entertainment system was not working and was told I would get a voucher and have not got one. No toiletries were available not even a toothbrush false sweet talk by ground staff
Not comfortable for sitting. Sits are too close to each other and it’s too hard for butt..you need to improve your entertainment section like tv programming, Movies, it’s so hard to kill 15 hrs in long flights .you don’t serve good food like other competitive airlines thats my opinion
