Very old plane, small, no screens, no charging ports. It was 4 hour of pain! I would not recommend this flight, not to mention that it costed $800, which is a total ripoff. Don't recommend!
Poor food. No seats screens only WiFi and not text messages. No in flight information for the flight . Took off one hour late.
The check in was very slow and we had to wait more than half an hour at the reception ! No priority for Platinum passengers
Non responsive and affable flight attendants. Preordered fruit dish delivered “by mistake” to a different passenger!

My El Al flight was awful - very uncomfortable seats, like short-haul Spirit Airlines not good for a 15-hour flight. My aisle seat stuck out into the aisle so was constantly banged into by flight attendant-driven carts - no apologies given at any time- and people waiting to use the toilet. Flight attendants literally yelling at passengers to sit down a half hour before landing - a lot of yelling in general. Especially unwelcome at 3am.
Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour
I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.
Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,
Boarding was impossible to navigate. Had mobility issues and a business class ticket, but still boarded almost at the end of the queue because there was absolutely no organization or assistance.
Aircraft was new. Food so so, especially vegetarian was very disappointing.
LOT told me on my first flight that I had missed boarding my second flight and told us to go to a service desk to reschedule. We then were told our flight was still boarding and that we had to run through the Warsaw airport to catch it which is just a long long runway airport. The workers at the airport were not helpful at all and you have to go through two passport checkpoints. I have asthma and was almost dead when I got on the plane and no one helped or gave us water or even acknowledged us. The flight was fine - the crew members are not friendly so it’s a very functional flight at best. Also my bag didn’t make it to my final destination.
Great service . Everyone is so polite and ready to help. I always was using Lufthansa but from now on I will use LOT. Thank you for your service.

I would like to be able to choose the seat before the flight without paying extra money. Family members should not to be separated from each other.
Boeng Dreamliner has so tiny seats, so even medium and smaller size people have not enough room to fill comfortable..
The airline wouldn't let me take my stroller to the gate, even though the website states we can. My screen did not work. Their website also states that long flights offer wifi to be purchased. My 8.5-hour flight did not have wifi available. I pushed my call light to ask for water (I was willing to buy it). It took over an hour for them to come and they could only give me a small glass at a time. Waters were not available for purchase.
Flight was delayed by a hour could have been better addressed. Flight was fine with great service by the flight attendants
Flight WAW-ORD flight attendants were really rude, no smile at all. Except one young girl working in aft part of the cabin. They were talking only in Polish. After 4th/5th time asking in english, they were answering in english. Not the best approach to the pax.
Seats were old and dirty, for a long haul flight you expect to be able to recline and for the av to work properly. Choice for vegans was fruit….
The Virgin Atlantic crew was very good. However, the equipment was OK, the seats were OK, but her bags did not arrive with me. Two bags showed up a day later and I’m still waiting for my third back.

I’m still waiting for the third bag, I was so looking forward to this virgin Atlantic flight, but, I am disappointed.
My only complaint is that the pocket in front of me was ripped and my things, like iPad and airline magazines, kept slipping to the floor.

I think Virgin is one of the best flying experiences, especially from/to the UK. The staff are so helpful and fun, the food is good, seats comfortable, goof entertainment and great value. Check in and boarding is pretty pain free. I also find that the other passengers are generally so kind and considerate than when I've flown other airlines.
Cabin crew on our flight showed lack of any customer service gruff and acting annoyed if you asked anything and I mean anything Example a man on the seat over dropped his beer on my husbands blanket We asked if we could switch out blankets cabin crew Said. No we don’t have any extras OK well can you take the wet one Cabin crew looked disgusted and annoyed Took it no OK or yes just a growl
Quick flight. But cabin crew were very noisy and talking too much, especially when we were seated at the back of the plane trying to sleep through the night .
My ticket was for Premium Economy and all the seats were taken, I was placed in Economy class and I’m looking for a refund.
Unfortunately delayed 2 hrs due to faulty tyre.. which had to be changed, but better safe than sorry.
Staff was generally seeming stressed out and was a bit rude and slow. Plane left late. Pilot was very well-spoken.
Cabin was pitch black, even during meal service. The reading lights for seat 2E/F did not work, and seat 2E did not recline.
This was a 5 hour flight with no entertainment and with a snack being provided (pretzels and fruit bar), which are both high in carbs and sugar. Nuts would have been a better choice.
The seat seemed roomy, the service was good, everything was fine.

Connection coordination with Star Alliance partner could be better. Lots of check in setup was not interlinked between operators.
The senior flight attendants were amazing. Totally different vibe from other carriers. Easy 10 hour flight in Business Class. Great food. Good humor as well.
Good plane, crew, and flight. Boarding was a bit chaotic. Bathrooms were unacceptable. United DESPERATELY needs a new terminal at IAD.
Haven’t used United in a while. Was surprised with the free blanket and earphones. Service was great. Huge plane. 9/.row.
Delayed by 2.5hrs any longer and they would’ve had to honour their own policy for breaking their own rules and regs. Not cool, especially when I have an infant child that needs to stay on a routine and they get schedules.
Flight was fine, food better than anticipated and flight attendants were helpful and friendly.
Our headphone plug is broken, we can not enjoy our entertainment, especially traveling with 5 year old who like to watch movie
It was good but I wished if they could have sign do not disturb if we did not wanted any meals . I was tired and slept through the entire flight and woke up just before landing .being hungry Too late to ask for something to eat before exiting the flight . Left feeling hunger 🙁
Pleasant, attentive and efficient flight attendants. Boarding process and seat selection easy. No internet on transatlantic flight. Extremely uncomfortable, rigid seat.
The seats of the Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner were ridiculously uncomfortable. I was on 10 flights during this vacation and this plane was super uncomfortable both times I was on one whereas all of the others were perfectly fine. Additionally, these planes do not have any air vents that passengers can control, the climate is entirely controlled by the crew which made for an extremely uncomfortable temperature for the duration. The flight attendants tried to make everyone happy with the temperature but several people you could tell were excessively warm and just wanted a bit of airflow.
Don't fly thru London Awful and huge U need 4 hrs to transfer cuz u have to tale buses to and fro from airplanes Bad business
Staff with low service level, forgetful. Temperature at 15 C and after asking twice to raise the temperature the crew did nothing.
I was disappointed with the quality of the food for an international flight also I wasn't given a toiletry bag which is customary in international flights.
They had about 20-25 people overbooked. Including me. Why is this?? I was put on a flight to NC an hour later with a 4 hour layover. I was supposed to be home at 1045am instead i was home at 7:30pm. An extra day to pay for dog care.
Boarding is not controlled as groups called was not enforced
