Very old plane, small, no screens, no charging ports. It was 4 hour of pain! I would not recommend this flight, not to mention that it costed $800, which is a total ripoff. Don't recommend!
Poor food. No seats screens only WiFi and not text messages. No in flight information for the flight . Took off one hour late.
The check in was very slow and we had to wait more than half an hour at the reception ! No priority for Platinum passengers
Non responsive and affable flight attendants. Preordered fruit dish delivered “by mistake” to a different passenger!

My El Al flight was awful - very uncomfortable seats, like short-haul Spirit Airlines not good for a 15-hour flight. My aisle seat stuck out into the aisle so was constantly banged into by flight attendant-driven carts - no apologies given at any time- and people waiting to use the toilet. Flight attendants literally yelling at passengers to sit down a half hour before landing - a lot of yelling in general. Especially unwelcome at 3am.
Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour
I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.
Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,
Seats were old and dirty, for a long haul flight you expect to be able to recline and for the av to work properly. Choice for vegans was fruit….
The Virgin Atlantic crew was very good. However, the equipment was OK, the seats were OK, but her bags did not arrive with me. Two bags showed up a day later and I’m still waiting for my third back.
The crew was very good. However, the equipment was a bit dated. Some of the electronics were not working. To top it, three bags didn’t arrive with me. Two of them were delivered a day later. I’m still waiting for the third bag, I was so looking forward to this virgin Atlantic flight, but, I am disappointed.
My only complaint is that the pocket in front of me was ripped and my things, like iPad and airline magazines, kept slipping to the floor.
Flight delayed yet again. Crew apathetic and unhelpful re affect on connecting flight.
I think Virgin is one of the best flying experiences, especially from/to the UK. The staff are so helpful and fun, the food is good, seats comfortable, goof entertainment and great value. Check in and boarding is pretty pain free. I also find that the other passengers are generally so kind and considerate than when I've flown other airlines.
Cabin crew on our flight showed lack of any customer service gruff and acting annoyed if you asked anything and I mean anything Example a man on the seat over dropped his beer on my husbands blanket We asked if we could switch out blankets cabin crew Said. No we don’t have any extras OK well can you take the wet one Cabin crew looked disgusted and annoyed Took it no OK or yes just a growl
Quick flight. But cabin crew were very noisy and talking too much, especially when we were seated at the back of the plane trying to sleep through the night .
My ticket was for Premium Economy and all the seats were taken, I was placed in Economy class and I’m looking for a refund.
Unfortunately delayed 2 hrs due to faulty tyre.. which had to be changed, but better safe than sorry.
Staff was generally seeming stressed out and was a bit rude and slow. Plane left late. Pilot was very well-spoken.
Cabin was pitch black, even during meal service. The reading lights for seat 2E/F did not work, and seat 2E did not recline.
This was a 5 hour flight with no entertainment and with a snack being provided (pretzels and fruit bar), which are both high in carbs and sugar. Nuts would have been a better choice.
The seat seemed roomy, the service was good, everything was fine.

Connection coordination with Star Alliance partner could be better. Lots of check in setup was not interlinked between operators.
The senior flight attendants were amazing. Totally different vibe from other carriers. Easy 10 hour flight in Business Class. Great food. Good humor as well.
Good plane, crew, and flight. Boarding was a bit chaotic. Bathrooms were unacceptable. United DESPERATELY needs a new terminal at IAD.
Haven’t used United in a while. Was surprised with the free blanket and earphones. Service was great. Huge plane. 9/.row.
Delayed by 2.5hrs any longer and they would’ve had to honour their own policy for breaking their own rules and regs. Not cool, especially when I have an infant child that needs to stay on a routine and they get schedules.
Flight was fine, food better than anticipated and flight attendants were helpful and friendly.
Our headphone plug is broken, we can not enjoy our entertainment, especially traveling with 5 year old who like to watch movie
It was good but I wished if they could have sign do not disturb if we did not wanted any meals . I was tired and slept through the entire flight and woke up just before landing .being hungry Too late to ask for something to eat before exiting the flight . Left feeling hunger 🙁
Pleasant, attentive and efficient flight attendants. Boarding process and seat selection easy. No internet on transatlantic flight. Extremely uncomfortable, rigid seat.
The seats of the Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner were ridiculously uncomfortable. I was on 10 flights during this vacation and this plane was super uncomfortable both times I was on one whereas all of the others were perfectly fine. Additionally, these planes do not have any air vents that passengers can control, the climate is entirely controlled by the crew which made for an extremely uncomfortable temperature for the duration. The flight attendants tried to make everyone happy with the temperature but several people you could tell were excessively warm and just wanted a bit of airflow.
Don't fly thru London Awful and huge U need 4 hrs to transfer cuz u have to tale buses to and fro from airplanes Bad business
Staff with low service level, forgetful. Temperature at 15 C and after asking twice to raise the temperature the crew did nothing.
I was disappointed with the quality of the food for an international flight also I wasn't given a toiletry bag which is customary in international flights.
They had about 20-25 people overbooked. Including me. Why is this?? I was put on a flight to NC an hour later with a 4 hour layover. I was supposed to be home at 1045am instead i was home at 7:30pm. An extra day to pay for dog care.
Boarding is not controlled as groups called was not enforced
You idiots…ITA cancelled our flights one month out and we had to buy new tickets at a much higher price. You stiffed us by not refunding the cost of the insurance. I’ll never buy through Kayak again.
Premium Economy was average for class. Seat comfort was just okay. Crew was attentive. Checkin was fine and moved quickly. Boarding process in Rome was not well organized.
It was horrible the woman next to me was sick and I asked if they would change my seat and they said that they didn’t have any available. I sat next to this women for 9 hour and now I am sick .
We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.
Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late
Flight was cancelled and other being told it was cancelled there has been no other contact.
Poor , i missed the next flight to new york . We stayed inside the plane for almost 30 or 40min

I’m disappointed with ITA Airlines. I feel their planes are outdated. I upgraded to Premier economy and there was very little “Premium” about it. I flew on SAS in Premier economy and that is a great experience. I do not recommend this airline.
