I liked nothing. An extremely uncomfortable flight, staff were rude, no ice for my drink. 4 hours of misery
We were diverted to warsaw and there was zero information. We were just forced to disembark and off we go good luck the reat of the way. We all had to go our ways to find a way home!!!! Horrible horrible and it cost us alot of money to get a hotel and trains 4:30 pm next day.
How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.
Lord knows why they had us start boarding when the plane wasn't even there, staff weren't welcoming and the couple next to me travelling with a young child had a nightmare with the baby changing facilities.
Boarding at Birmingham was appalling, made to stand in a corridor which claims to be a gate for an hour, despite knowing full well the flight was delayed….. the crew were fantastic and you have to feel sorry for them dealing with the delay caused three fold, inbound delay, damage to front baggage hold door and finally a further ATC delay. On board experience was good and crew friendly and helpful.
1. Too long on board without air conditioning. 2. Very very long-tiring walk to exit gate.
Flight was good but delayed (45 minutes) which made other connections difficult.
Good service for a budget trip. No problems at all
Keep track of your departure times and communicate in Airport. I could have spend an hour more in my lounge
On time and reasonably comfortable. These airlines need to find a way of sitting their passengers in queues whilst waiting to board
