Very old plane, small, no screens, no charging ports. It was 4 hour of pain! I would not recommend this flight, not to mention that it costed $800, which is a total ripoff. Don't recommend!

Poor food. No seats screens only WiFi and not text messages. No in flight information for the flight . Took off one hour late.
The check in was very slow and we had to wait more than half an hour at the reception ! No priority for Platinum passengers
Non responsive and affable flight attendants. Preordered fruit dish delivered “by mistake” to a different passenger!
It was a good flight arrived on time with great crew and tasty food.(Business class)
The plain was 1 hour late. The drinking cup are ridiculously small
My El Al flight was awful - very uncomfortable seats, like short-haul Spirit Airlines not good for a 15-hour flight. My aisle seat stuck out into the aisle so was constantly banged into by flight attendant-driven carts - no apologies given at any time- and people waiting to use the toilet. Flight attendants literally yelling at passengers to sit down a half hour before landing - a lot of yelling in general. Especially unwelcome at 3am.
Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour
I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.
Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,
The insanely long lines at customs were chaotic and stressful. They also created a lot of stress among passengers. Including fights and threats. The hot food I purchased was cold, barely edible. The check in staff and crew were nice and the pilot good but the overall experience was very disappointing. Passengers were still insulting each other upon arrival.
No frills airlines. Tickets were reasonably priced for a short-term booking. But comfort is a big issue.
It was just okay. They overcharged me for a checked bag because I didn’t know it wasn’t included in the airfare.
Very small dinner, NO breakfast. You have to buy an earphone.

I travel on a monthly basis and I’m not a stranger to budget airlines. I never complain about anything, it just about adjusting you expectations to what you paid for and you will get, but these flights (2) with Air Europa Miami - Madrid - Athens were a terrible experience. Both flights had a significant delays and multiple gate changes. At the checking they used a hand scale to weight your carry in, it cannot be more than 10 kg , even it fit on size.Luckily mine was ok . The food was inedible. The staff service was ok, but you can totally tell they do not care about much and show little customer service culture. I think this was my last trip on Air Europa. Actually the price was almost the same than other major airlines, I just took this one because I needed to depart late at night.
Probably will never use this air line again. Rude miserable staff. Uncomfortable seats.
Well, I'm not too happy with the service a flight for 9 hours with only a cup of water or wine. Food only service you one-time I bind flights many different airlines and they make sure that you feel comfortable with the food and drink
i paid accidently for a second bag instead of a golf bag (Eur 40 instead of 50) they would give me credit when i tried to change the second bag from a regular suitcase to a golfbag. The comment was "you made a mistake, your problem"
The flight left Tanger two hours late and I missed my flight to Geneva.
When having a connection at Madrid, it’s extremely confusing. You must travel from your arrival gate, all the way down stairs to a security check point, go up stairs, then downstairs to another security check. Then make your way to your gate. All the while traveling through a “mall” inside the airport which makes it difficult. 10/10 don’t recommend connecting flights through Madrid.
One of our bags did not make the connecting flight in Madrid. We have not received any word today on its location. Seats were so narrow and uncomfortable!
Booked Economy Premium the 3 seats with my daughters and I, the seats should have been able to tilt back but it only one worked. the crew said they would report it but didnt seem both about our comfort on the return journey.#
Better pillow cases in economy. I didn’t like that I couldn’t pick my seats since I booked with Kayak.
I am very happy always when I fly with Iberia.
Lost luggage, breaking the rest of plans, instead of going to other place from JFK should go home and wait for bag don’t know for how long 1, 2 days.
Boarding passes should be checked upon boarding to avoid a situation we got into, delays due to wrong boarding
Iberia is a much classier experience than their US partner airlines.
The food was horrible. The crew skipped over me for drinks(only got food?). I had to wait until everyone else was served drinks in order to receive mine(meal was done). No earphones were given. No free WiFi.
