It's fine if you don't want to give free water or anything, but don't try to sell the food in first class like there is a chef that actively made the food from the finest local ingredients. Its still plane food and the chef hasn't been near that food for quite some time
I was very disappointed because a special assistance wasn’t given to me and water was given to me in 50 min after I asked about it.Poor service,
Smooth flight. Surprisingly good and inexpensive food choices. Clean cabin. The plane is not equipped with the entertainment system.

The airline ran late and I almost missed this connecting flight to LGW. The airline didn't act very sympathetic to my situation. I wished that didn't happen as my experience I'm sure would've been much different.
One flight has delayed, but connecting flight ( the same company) has another plan for us. And left TO TLL. Instead Finnair.Who waiting pax from BRUSSELS. GREAT EXAMPLE OF COOPERATION. 👍

Cons: "I’ll say the same thing about almost every flight I have, and this is mostly for the airlines. People might fly more and pay a bit more if you give us more room. Being crammed into a tiny seat with a bunch of strangers is never pleasant. Same in this flight. Nothing terrible, just the usual. Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."

The 737 lacked business-class seating. It was basically economy plus but with the middle seats left unsold. There were no TV screens but good food and service.
Plane is super outdated, seats not that comfortable for business class. Lounge also out dated. They need to catch up to 2024. Don’t think I’d ever fly again.
Everything was good, flight was smooth and on time Like service
Boarding was impossible to navigate. Had mobility issues and a business class ticket, but still boarded almost at the end of the queue because there was absolutely no organization or assistance.
Aircraft was new. Food so so, especially vegetarian was very disappointing.
Very courteous staff. Abnoxious passenger in front of me who reclined her seat all the way without warning and without considering the person behind her. My flight ORD-WAW was so much more pleasant because of the courtesy of the passenger in front of me.
LOT told me on my first flight that I had missed boarding my second flight and told us to go to a service desk to reschedule. We then were told our flight was still boarding and that we had to run through the Warsaw airport to catch it which is just a long long runway airport. The workers at the airport were not helpful at all and you have to go through two passport checkpoints. I have asthma and was almost dead when I got on the plane and no one helped or gave us water or even acknowledged us. The flight was fine - the crew members are not friendly so it’s a very functional flight at best. Also my bag didn’t make it to my final destination.
LOT was very disorganized at Istanbul airport with no communication with travelers. Our flight was delayed over and hour and a half and there were no announcements, displays or anything about it. It almost left me missing my second flight!

Tirana was crazy check in and getting bussed to another gate. Both Germany stops were intensive customs but organized, but that wasn't the airlines problem. The crews were fabulous on the planes. The announcements were not easy to understand in English, slurred speech. Customs inthe US were fast. We waited for luggage, three later arriving planes had their luggage and left before us
Business class old style from 10 years ago. Ok for short flights but nor for 12 hours journey. The passenger near the window have to jump over the passenger seat aisle side or wake him up to upright the seat. That’s not the business class that you expect on long night flight. Seats are not so confortable. And believe it or not no wifi!
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.

Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .
A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .

I wouldn't recommend Lufthansa otherwise. We took this flight only because our flight to Kittilä got cancelled and Lufthansa offered a replacement which would have been two days later, with a night in Frankfurt and another in Munich. We refused the replacement but the staff at the airport entered in the system claiming that we accepted the replacement.. We didn't get the full refund because of this.
Pretty poor across the board - flight details wrong/delayed into Lufthansa app. Seat changes made without notification. Boarding delayed (ok, that happens) but all comms in German (for flight to UK, where 85% of passengers were English). Outright fraud attempted at gate, denying 1 piece carry-on of smaller than correct size and 1 piece personal item, again, smaller than correct size. Rude gate staff. Security checks perfunctory - unattended bag not acknowledged by staff..then put on aircraft unclaimed by staff.
My flight from Krakow was delayed over 2hrs. Since i had connecting flight i was worrying that I will not be able to catch flight from Frankfurt to New York. NO information NO help, no one was able to help and let us know if passengers will be able to catch the next flight. Had to run through entire airport and (2) passports control hoping that maybe still be able to board the plane. When i got to the gate i was informed that plane was waiting for passengers that came from delayed planes. Flight departure an hr late. So i run throu airport almost having a heart attach just to fin out that they knew and they were waiting for us. I was just 5 minutes later after "official" boarding ended and they were still letting passengers in, and flight departure an hr. later.
I barely made the flight. We had to take a bus to the plane and the plane smelled awfully of body odor. When the flight attendant walked by she smelled of body odor. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Also my luggage did not make it onto this flight and when it finally arrived home the handle of the luggage was all ripped. I will have to purchase a bag again.
It’s not bad, simply it’s not as it used to be years ago.
Boarding was total chaos. They didn’t know what they were doing and taking bus to the airplane is like going back in time. The food is bad, portions are very small and we don’t get simple paper napkins! Is it really that bad?
We were disappointed not to be able to buy out preferred seat from date of my original booking, which was about 40 days before the trip. When we arrived in Hannover on the Oct 10 I tried every day and the weed site said I have to wait until ck in, did that and still was not able to. Get to the airport and out seats were separate from each other. The crew was able to get seats together, was not the most comfortable. Don’t understand why this happened.
Check-in was very disappointing. My Seat reservation was no longer honored which I had for several months. Supposedly the monitor was damaged and the seat could not be issued. In the lounge I checked again and the seat had been assigned to someone else so I could not sit next to my wife and no other adjacent seats were available - except right in front of the bathrooms and galley. Very disappointing practices for business class!
The business class seats are very narrow for the cost
