The crew was fantastic, and it was croweded but roomy enough. But the sandwich was horrible and no entertainment at all which is difficult in a flight of more than 4 hours.
We were 3 people together and they seated us apart. My wife and I were both in middle seats which were very tight
The seats in business class were the worse I have ever experienced.
Check-in was quick and boarded plane on time. Seats were comfortable, large screen entertainment, slept almost entire flight. Staff was pleasant. What is great about ELAL is their safety, and ability to take a large carrey on trolley and no one cares about size or weight. No one is taken out of line because of excess hand luggage like they do on Wiz or RYANAIR.
My suitcase was severely damaged. I didn't realize the degree until after I exited the luggage area. I submitted an online form and was informed it might be a few weeks until someone got back to me. Ridiculous. I have to return to the USA with it?!
2 hours on the tarmac then another 20 minutes at the gate make for a poor experience
Very old plane, small, no screens, no charging ports. It was 4 hour of pain! I would not recommend this flight, not to mention that it costed $800, which is a total ripoff. Don't recommend!
Poor food. No seats screens only WiFi and not text messages. No in flight information for the flight . Took off one hour late.
The check in was very slow and we had to wait more than half an hour at the reception ! No priority for Platinum passengers
Non responsive and affable flight attendants. Preordered fruit dish delivered “by mistake” to a different passenger!
The 737 lacked business-class seating. It was basically economy plus but with the middle seats left unsold. There were no TV screens but good food and service.

Boarding was impossible to navigate. Had mobility issues and a business class ticket, but still boarded almost at the end of the queue because there was absolutely no organization or assistance.
Aircraft was new. Food so so, especially vegetarian was very disappointing.
Very courteous staff. Abnoxious passenger in front of me who reclined her seat all the way without warning and without considering the person behind her. My flight ORD-WAW was so much more pleasant because of the courtesy of the passenger in front of me.
LOT told me on my first flight that I had missed boarding my second flight and told us to go to a service desk to reschedule. We then were told our flight was still boarding and that we had to run through the Warsaw airport to catch it which is just a long long runway airport. The workers at the airport were not helpful at all and you have to go through two passport checkpoints. I have asthma and was almost dead when I got on the plane and no one helped or gave us water or even acknowledged us. The flight was fine - the crew members are not friendly so it’s a very functional flight at best. Also my bag didn’t make it to my final destination.
LOT was very disorganized at Istanbul airport with no communication with travelers. Our flight was delayed over and hour and a half and there were no announcements, displays or anything about it. It almost left me missing my second flight!
Great service . Everyone is so polite and ready to help. I always was using Lufthansa but from now on I will use LOT. Thank you for your service.

I would like to be able to choose the seat before the flight without paying extra money. Family members should not to be separated from each other.
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.

Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .
A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .

The option to check in the carry on bag for free was very convenient. If one checked bag could be included in the ticket price that would be even better.

The flight went well, only during the flight from Brussels to Vilnius I would have liked if they had at least given us plain water to drink.
The boarding process would have been better. When people are flying internationally and the airline is a member of Star Alliance they cannot have different rules for carryon baggage. Brussels Airlines made us adjust the weight of our carryons based on their rules even though we were flying international and our next flight was with United which does not have weight restrictions for carryons. That was just ridiculous.
We waited in line for more than 30 minutes to go through the check in (after the staff summoned us). Once on the plane we had to wait almost two hours before takeoff. The copilot said that it was not their fault but that the plane had arrived late in the first place and lost the slot to leave again because of the heavy traffic, This is completely understandable in our times, but I would have expected a little bit of pampering from the staff. We received a tiny little cup of water because we complained. Not a coffee, not a cookie, no music on the plane, no plugs to recharge your cellphone. It was very cold inside the plane and someone asked for a blanket for a baby - very harsh answer from the staff, no blankets on this plane. I think they should review their instructions and team spirit as traveling is also the experience, not only getting from A to B. And it’s not fun to interact with staff that doesn’t seem like they are enjoying their job. And as far as I know and judging from the cost of the ticket Brussels Airlines it’s not even a low cost!
Terrible seats. Whoever designed the seats should try taking a long flight in it themselves.

This was absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. I came to Europe for a 2 week trip and the airline was probably the most disorganized airline I’ve ever seen in my life. They lost my luggage. I had tracking on it for just such an occasion and told them EXACTLY where it was in the terminal and they somehow failed to get it out on the flight that night, since we were leaving for Switzerland the next day there was no way they would get it to our hotel in time. Seriously, take another airline at any cost. It’s not worth whatever you pay…you’ll end up paying a lot more in the end. My medication is in the bag and I can’t get to it and don’t know how I will get it.
I missed my connecting flight due to long lines at security and immigration. Need improvements
Food quality is deteriorating each time, last year was very good. I avoid the plane food lately.
Been flying on various airlines, all over the world, for 50+ years. The food on Brussels Air was easily the worst I ever endured.
I felt the overall quality of the plane and food service was less than that of their partner airlines, United. An example was wine was served in paper cups in premium economy class. There was no real silverware, napkins or a welcome kit other than a pillow and blanket.
Very good. I thought the choice of Mediterranean food such as falafel for lunch was very thoughtful considering we were flying to Cairo.
Flight was cancelled and I got rebooked with anther airline. Also had booked a direct flight and got a layover.
More legroom (I am 6’4”) and my knees were in the back of the seat in front of me. Food was laughable
Delayed flight with no explanations; no jetway boarding so we had to stand on the tarmac in the cold rain. Baggage was lost.
I remember flying with Lufthansa many years ago, and it used to be an amazing airline with more technologically savvy and roomy planes, but unfortunately that isn’t the case anymore. The space between the seats is much smaller, which is ok for short flights, but definitely not for across the Atlantic flights. Not sure if I’ll opt for Lufthansa the next time, maybe just if necessary.
Boarding was easy and well organized, Breakfast was not very good.
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
I missed my flight because previous flights came in late. Customer service hard to find and could not reschedule for the same day. Many people appeared to be behind the customer service counter, but only one or two willing to speak to the public. No offer to find alternatives My experience frustrating Very bad
Mechanical problems had to be fixed after all the passengers were boarded, and kept on the plane for over close to two hours with no air conditioning. Did not have enough snacks for everyone to distribute. Also, the movie screen did not work and no-one seem to be interested in helping us fix the problem. And the last, two people from our family got severe food poisoning. Arrived Atlanta 4 hours later than estimated 2:35 pm landing time. Deeply disappointed in Lufthansa, since it has been one of our preferable air companies to fly with.
Overall experience is mediocre and the food was poor. I would avoid Lufthansa next time.
