Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Food could have been better especially the breakfast. Overall it was a good flight

their gluten free lactose meal is the best, I have never been satisfied with my flight meals. I definitely enjoyed my flight and the chair is very spacious for economy. I'm so glad Delta is my flight way back to NY.

The crew was great and handled our unexpected detour with proactive communication.

I paid extra for a seat with more leg room but they changed the plane and found myself in an ordinary seat. This is expensive at 50€

The real big issue with this flight was that it was 3 hours delayed. Other than that, no big praises or complaints.

Flight was on time. Staff were friendly. I paid for Economy Plus but was required to check my standard carry-on luggage due to lack of space on the aircraft. This cost me 30 minutes, unexpectedly, in waiting at the baggage claim. This experience did not meet my expectations.

Easy boarding in group 2. Landed 1/2 hr early. Delicious cookie snack.

The flights from Ottawa to Albuquerque went smoothly enough though on on flight they didn't have how water for coffee or tea and on another there there was no ice. The return flights from Albuquerque were delayed by mechanical problems on both flights. Ottawa was a ground crew maintenance issue.

Nothing bad to say about the actual crew or airline. It was nice to have a complimentary FULL can of soda, as well as a snack. Blankets and earbuds were also provided at no cost for this red eye flight. I especially appreciated the free WiFi and movie selection with the Bluetooth option. It helped the flight pass more quickly. No matter who you fly, boarding and disembarking are always SUCH a pain. As I mentioned, this is on the passengers and not the crew!!

The crew was not friendly . Service was poor. Food was not great. It was also an older plane that ha some equipment issue.

Crew was nice and helped. But they placed my checkin suitcase on the wrong airplane so I didn’t have my CPAP machine to use for 1 night. The United attendant at HNL informed me that it’s on the next flight from SFO to HNL and ETA is 8:18PM and that they will deliver it tonight. At 9:30 PM, I saw conflicting reports , one saying it’s on the way from the airport and the other saying it’ll be delivered after 6:45 am tomorrow. So I called UA Zbaggage Resolution Center and the agent says it’ll be delivered tomorrow by nighttime At latest.

Plane took off without me, my stepdad and a dozen other passengers. It went from an hour delay to boarding in 15 montures without notifying anyone. Names were not called overhead. Now I’m missing a day of work and stuck in Charolette overnight paying for a hotel and Ubers out of pocket

Terrible, oxygen masks were deployed mid-flight. We returned to airport. Took additional 12 hours to get home.

Don't often sit in 1st class. Our experience was great.

I have not found it to be easy to set up on Wi-Fi with American Airlines. I don’t know if it is me or poor instructions.

I can say I will not be taking this airline again any time soon. Seat were uncomfortable and too tight. Lack of chair screen and little overhead space.

Ability to select seating would be nice. We were family of three and they had us seated back to back and one of us on the other side of the plane??? That is pretty goofy. Especially when tickets were placed two months in advance.

Pretty fair for the price of the plane ticket. Food was poorly, but overall was a ok experience for a super long flight.

Good. Madrid to SFO was way better than ARN to Madrid. Mercifully, the seats to Madrid didn't recline. So although there was no leg room, your knees didn't get crushed

Needed more info on connecting flight. Late flight made very short connection. Lost luggage that we still do not have!

Good food, prompt and timely flight, good on-board personnel

I paid for premium economy but BA oversold the seats and we ended up being downgraded. Not acceptable given how much we paid for the flight. We were also separated to 2 different areas so not only did we not get the service we paid for, we didn’t even get to sit together. I’m not happy at this treatment by BA because of corporate greed.

Thankful for 2-4-2 economy seating. Food was ok. Free beer & wine in economy was nice. Served hot dinner, mud- flight snack and pre-arrival ham sandwich. Seat with pillow & blanket. Reasonable movie options. Overall, a good experience. IBERIA APP is terrible terrible terrible.... needs to get upgraded to equivalent of TAP Airlines App. No option to bid or request an upgrade. Very disappointing.

Fast check in, easy to navigate, crew were very good, the plane was delayed due to a previous flight and I found the cleanliness a little lacking but overall it was fine
