₪3,552 Find cheap flights to El Salvador

The flight was delayed over 3 hours and at the gate, we waited for an hour to start boarding. The gate lack of communication with the passengers was atrocious and when asked they even said they didn't work there and were just standing in for someone else so they couldn't give us an information about the flight status. The crew did not offer blankets, pillows nor headphones.

I originally chose two aisle seats for my daughter and myself in the same row. We got seated in the middle, three rows apart. Both of the men sitting in front of us reclined their seats fully leaving us NO room. A totally uncomfortable flight for eleven hours.

Sub par plane for an international flight. My seat was so cramped even after I paid for more legroom. i was basically in the aisle with everyone banging into me the whole time. Will not book again unless I have no other choice.

A bit noisy. The seat was suboptimal and there was too much noise in the service area. Some if the crew members were less than nice; others were great.

They lost my luggage, and bring it to me after 3 days. Not happy because I spent one hour to claim my luggage. After a long trip , to spend more time with claim luggage is not fair

The crew on this flight was probably the worst I have ever come across. This applies particularly to Karen and Lee (possibly Jason) - the short, overweight pompous guy - arrogant and rude are possibly too kind a description. This Lee/Jason obviously failed his exams at Charm School, and frankly, in my view, needs to be dismissed immediately. Karen was similar to the guy in attitude, but not quite as rude.

Non-responsive after a flight cancellation, basically the airline kicked us out of the airport to wait in an endless line to speak to a single representative. I found another flight luckily not with Iberia. Many were not so fortunate. I’m still waiting for a reply to my flight cancellation/compensation query 5 days later. A trans- Atlantic crossing was hot and cramped. Food was great staff were nice but never again.

The economy seats had space unlike Iberia Airlines from NY to Barcelona.

The incoming flight was delayed and that trigger the luggage to miss this flight. We got the luggage 6 days after arrival.

Terrible food and over experience Flight was very rocky a lot of people vomiting
