Air was not working while grounded and we were waiting in the heat for almost 2 hours until takeoff. It was way too hot to be on the plane for that long, especially with the same hot air circulating with people coughing and sneezing. We were all sweating. Flight crew was great and flight was very smooth in air as well as takeoff and landing. Also, wifi was not working and we were not able to watch anything. Screens were not working. There were no earbuds given out even if we wanted to watch something. That was very disappointing as it was a very long flight and we had 2 young children with us.

In-flight service was very good. Plane had spacious overhead bins and incorporated windows with an automatic dimming feature eliminating the need for traditional plastic shades. Boarding was halted and the crew did not communicate a reason. We waited on the gang plank for 30 minutes after showing boarding passes without being given a reason.
Our flight with Neos airlines was great. The price was very reasonable, the staff very professional and accomodating. The flight was comfortable with more leg room than most airlines I have travelled with in the past. The food and service while on board was good. I would travel again to Italy and back with Neos if given the opportunity.
We never got to the flight due to ferry cancelation due to bad weather and could not contact with anyone for support and advice. We'll appreciate your support now in our attempts to get refund
Seats were so uncomfortable, my butt hurts so much, I wish they have more cushions,it really was horrible, Except that, Stewarts were polite food was decent
The 737 lacked business-class seating. It was basically economy plus but with the middle seats left unsold. There were no TV screens but good food and service.
Plane is super outdated, seats not that comfortable for business class. Lounge also out dated. They need to catch up to 2024. Don’t think I’d ever fly again.

Boarding was impossible to navigate. Had mobility issues and a business class ticket, but still boarded almost at the end of the queue because there was absolutely no organization or assistance.
LOT told me on my first flight that I had missed boarding my second flight and told us to go to a service desk to reschedule. We then were told our flight was still boarding and that we had to run through the Warsaw airport to catch it which is just a long long runway airport. The workers at the airport were not helpful at all and you have to go through two passport checkpoints. I have asthma and was almost dead when I got on the plane and no one helped or gave us water or even acknowledged us. The flight was fine - the crew members are not friendly so it’s a very functional flight at best. Also my bag didn’t make it to my final destination.
LOT was very disorganized at Istanbul airport with no communication with travelers. Our flight was delayed over and hour and a half and there were no announcements, displays or anything about it. It almost left me missing my second flight!

I would like to be able to choose the seat before the flight without paying extra money. Family members should not to be separated from each other.
Business class old style from 10 years ago. Ok for short flights but nor for 12 hours journey. The passenger near the window have to jump over the passenger seat aisle side or wake him up to upright the seat. That’s not the business class that you expect on long night flight. Seats are not so confortable. And believe it or not no wifi!
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.

Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .
A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .

The option to check in the carry on bag for free was very convenient. If one checked bag could be included in the ticket price that would be even better.
I thought it was good. There's not much you can do for a short flight for entertainment and the comfort was nice.
Boarding was annoying. Just at boarding they changed my bought and extra payed comfort seat for normal economy seat. And on my seat they placed someone else.
We had delayed flight (as usual for Dublin airport!!) for around an hour but the biggest surprise was the seats!! So tight with so tiny leg space. I could barely fit into it. Huge disappointment comparing with other airlines (even Ryanair). Complimentary water and crackers was nice touch but not be able to buy warm food like everywhere else is a joke. Also, on board prices are extortionate (even Ryanair is cheaper. Small can of coke is 4.5 euro!!)I remember times when it was actually lovely to fly with CA. I guess those times are long gone now.
Somewhere between ordering the ticket and the flight my checked bag was dropped and I had to pay more for a bag at the airport. I am very unhappy with your service.
It was great for a short flight - but due to turbulence no service, and there is no entertainment Appreciated leaving and arriving on time!
We payed for the seats and yet were bumped into others. One airbag under the seat was broken and hanging down, which made sitting down quite uncomfortable. Also tore up my stockings. Flight attendant didn't seem to care at all about that.
My comment before for Sarajevo-Zagreb fligh was actually abou flight from Zagreb to Amsterdam.
I was very dissapointed with a crew member who was acting very inpolite and talking down to one man who did not realize that he should not have brought his carry-on bag into the plane. She was making faces showing resent. It looked really bad.
The airline is ok there was a delay but I made home ok Serving water for local trip for international to Frankfurt it was cracker and water Since it was a short trip it was ok I would not recommend for long flight

I pre-ordered my meal and did not receive it. The seats are very old, uncomfortable and dirty. The crew was excellent and made my stay on board comfortable and enjoyable.
No entertainment since it was a 3 hr flight. Good leg room for economy.
The boarding process was really slow. The air crew was amazing. Also the food options and the entertainment on board.
Very good. I thought the choice of Mediterranean food such as falafel for lunch was very thoughtful considering we were flying to Cairo.

The hot towels before the second meal was an unexpected surprise. The crew was attentive and personable, and that’s a lot on a nine hour flight. And the hot pretzels were a kind of “auf wiedersehn “ to Germany.
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
Flight from Washington to Munich it was disappointing. I do not get the seat for what i pay. And the crew were rude with people which speaks other languages than german!
Be on time. Constant delays, missed connections. No excuses. Weather was not an issue
