We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.
Friendly staff, always good food , as comfortable as it can be in economy
Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .
A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .

Pleasant up to Vienna. Afterward (Vienna- Zagreb) was an horrific experience
Leg room and seat back not a good recline (middle seat)
The option to check in the carry on bag for free was very convenient. If one checked bag could be included in the ticket price that would be even better.

Delay after delay: no information besides what my Kayak app provided was provided about the delays. The plane was at the gate. Also, the gate, 100A, was incredibly warm, and the sun was beaming in. Boarding was disorganized with no groups announced.
Kayak - EDreams - Eurowings need to define clearer the hand luggage terms. I asked for add. hang luggage got charged by Eurowings for having add. hand luggage that was not included in my booking. I travel alot! I know the size dimensions never paid twice for hand luggage and cannot chase Edreams or put Eurowings in the wrong. Also there was severe delays on this flight. Issue getting bus on arrival and missed connections. Unfortunate will not use Eurowings
We checked in 4 luggage and only got 3 back & lost our 4th luggage. Our flight was from berlin sept 22. We arrived Copenhagen but only received 3 luggage. Missing 1 still 24 hrs after our arrival and our Cruise will be leaving tomorrow 9/24/2023. This is the second time that our luggage gets lost/delayed in Copenhagen
No food on plane.. flights scheduled 55 min..everything is very expensive on aeroport

Smallest seat I have ever seen. And they had a label with more Legroom but in fact where really tiny.
No cancellations but one flight delayed due to arrival airport industrial action. Comfortable
I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.
Crew was not happy. Very uncomfortable seats. When person leans back in front of you the screen is too close to me. Food was awful.
The experience was great. A330 needs an upgrade between RDU and FRA and vice-versa.
I've yet to be on an Air Dolomiti flight that hasn't been delayed, but other than that I've really enjoyed flying with them
They lost my luggage and despite all follow ups through emails and phone calls they don’t give me an update
When we went to the lounge they told us to go into the main lounge and not the full business class section, later they told me that Lufthansa wont pay the full fee to alloq the business class passengers entry to the nicer sectikn where all the other airlines nusiness class passengers go into. Very poor arrangement.
Everything went really well. Snacks could be better and there was no tea/coffee service after dinner. Crew was helpful and friendly.
Always having a good experience with Lufthansa. I prefer them over anyone else. Sometimes prices need to be more affordable. Munich airport is clean and good, services are available and it’s overall a good experience. I have been flying with Lufthansa for close to a decade and I hope many more to come.
Both flights were delayed and we missed our connection. Our second flight was delayed 3 times. I have always had great service and never any problems with my flights on Lufthansa. My last two flights were, unfortunately, awful. I fly quite often to Germany and have had better luck with United than Lufthansa.
Lufthansa charged me $280 to take skiiis when in the US the boot bag and skiis are one check-in bag. This was not advertised and a real shock at the airport. They only took the boot bag as a check-in item. The seats have been squeezed together like any economy airline and legroom is not as good as it used to be. Otherwise, the flight was fine and staff was helpful for making my connection.
Flights were extremely delayed, then canceled, our baggage was lost due to this and the service reps at the counter couldn’t be bothered to help us put in a missing luggage claim.
