Very old plane, small, no screens, no charging ports. It was 4 hour of pain! I would not recommend this flight, not to mention that it costed $800, which is a total ripoff. Don't recommend!

Poor food. No seats screens only WiFi and not text messages. No in flight information for the flight . Took off one hour late.

The check in was very slow and we had to wait more than half an hour at the reception ! No priority for Platinum passengers

Non responsive and affable flight attendants. Preordered fruit dish delivered “by mistake” to a different passenger!

It was a good flight arrived on time with great crew and tasty food.(Business class)

The plain was 1 hour late. The drinking cup are ridiculously small

My El Al flight was awful - very uncomfortable seats, like short-haul Spirit Airlines not good for a 15-hour flight. My aisle seat stuck out into the aisle so was constantly banged into by flight attendant-driven carts - no apologies given at any time- and people waiting to use the toilet. Flight attendants literally yelling at passengers to sit down a half hour before landing - a lot of yelling in general. Especially unwelcome at 3am.

Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour

I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.

Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,

boarding was uneventful. Snack was pathetic. A tiny fruit bar. Entertainment was limited to just select movies on your own tablet or phone. No live TV. I recently flew Jetblue and they had unlimited snacks and live satellite TV the entire flight. My seat was an exit seat, 20A. It was super uncomfortable. It felt cramped and the middle seat was taken up by a large woman who pushed into my shoulder and arm. Horrible flight.

The first flight was an hour and a half late leaving, thus missing my connection. The second flight Departure was two hours late Leaving.

Never nice, United Express partners always do an amazing job.

The flights were great. Although late departing Cancun, the staff at the airport did a great job in rebooking us on a later flight leaving Newark for Ottawa. With the delay, we would not have made our original flight. They also pulled our bags and retagged them. Wonderful job.

Checked my bag despite paid the seat upgrade and there was plenty of space available in the overhead bin.

Preferred the UA flight compared to the Air India. The seats were more comfortable and the food was good enough.

I was lucky to sit in a seat with legroom in economy . The airplane felt like it was 100 years old, seats were very basic, barely reclined. Food was alright , staff was ok but not the friendliest. But all in all ok trip, perfectly on time

Fabulous! Plane was full a couple of months ahead of time and there were no seats available for purchase. Not the airlines fault but maybe they should offer more flights on that route! Thanks

The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.

Flight was cancelled as I was in line for security. Next available flight got me to my destination 24 hrs later than the first. No refunds offered, just credit toward another flight. I booked with delta, got to my destination only 2 hrs behind my original flight schedule. Won’t be using American again.

Checked in the minute I was allowed and still wound up in group 8 for boarding.

great experience. minimal lines at BWI. at DFW they got a long haul 787 boarded in 30 minutes

Overall flight was as expected. It would have been better with a couple options for snack instead of only one item and if there was a TV or music as option. But overall satisfied.

The flight from CLE to JFK was fantasti! Pilots and cre were informative and accommodating.

My flight got delayed for almost 4hrs and then it thankfully went to only 2hrs. Then we were told that there were no space for carry on bags and I had to get it checked... well I counted at least 8 spaces that weren't used and I was one of the few left that actually had one. There was definitely enough space and either the crew can't count or just genuinely are so lazy they don't want to do their jobs correctly and make sure that there ACTUALLY is no space.

Was very unhappy with the entire process, from check in to boarding to the comfort of the flight. Did not enjoy the flight on Level.

Overall a great. However, the seating is way too narrow, for guys with any shoulder width. Luckily the crew moved the guy next to me, or it would have been miserable.

The staff on our flight from Charlotte to Boston were very friendly.

Alaska located my mother, aware that she had mobility issues and they seated her closer to the door. She and I were seated together so I felt more secure to be able to assist her. The desk attendant reviewed what steps to take when boarding. Allowed us to board first, we loved that. I was allowed time to help her board slowly, seat her, put all her things in their place before the crowds came through. These small details made me want to travel Alaska more when possible.

The flight was decent. I purchased my flight through Iberia, traveling with my elderly mother with mobility issues. I try to pay for luggage and seats online prior but Iberia website directs me to AA website. AA airlines website does not recognize the record locator. My mother and I are separated and each get a middle seat. She is seated the furthest away from a bathroom. I had to sit behind her to see her wave at me to use the bathroom. Lights out on the flight and I could not see her wave and she is not tech savvy to push an attendant button even though I showed her how. The attention to this detail puts AA at the bottom of my list when traveling with my elderly mother. Bad execution and handling when servicing those with extra needs due to mobility. I could not get her to the bathroom because she’s slow and she had to wait for me to get up from my middle seat then move her out of her middle seat. She had an accident which required that I hel her clean up before taking her back to her seat.

The flight staff was excellent, one of the best I've had. Food and wine was very good and seats very comfortable. Luggage came out pretty quickly too considering the number of passengers. Also, excellent internet. The only thing that could have been improved on was the choice of movies -- kind of limited and not great selections.

The plane was not well maintained. The entertainment system didn’t work properly, eg moving map. Many of the seat controls did not work. Cabin temperature fluctuated considerably during the flight. The seat allocated was poor, it was noisy and offered no privacy. The perfume in the toilet triggered severe allergies. Crew was very goid.

Seats are too tight. Small space for long flights very inconvenient.

The flight was delayed over 3 hours and at the gate, we waited for an hour to start boarding. The gate lack of communication with the passengers was atrocious and when asked they even said they didn't work there and were just standing in for someone else so they couldn't give us an information about the flight status. The crew did not offer blankets, pillows nor headphones.

I originally chose two aisle seats for my daughter and myself in the same row. We got seated in the middle, three rows apart. Both of the men sitting in front of us reclined their seats fully leaving us NO room. A totally uncomfortable flight for eleven hours.

It was good but I wished if they could have sign do not disturb if we did not wanted any meals . I was tired and slept through the entire flight and woke up just before landing .being hungry Too late to ask for something to eat before exiting the flight . Left feeling hunger 🙁

Pleasant, attentive and efficient flight attendants. Boarding process and seat selection easy. No internet on transatlantic flight. Extremely uncomfortable, rigid seat.

The seats of the Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner were ridiculously uncomfortable. I was on 10 flights during this vacation and this plane was super uncomfortable both times I was on one whereas all of the others were perfectly fine. Additionally, these planes do not have any air vents that passengers can control, the climate is entirely controlled by the crew which made for an extremely uncomfortable temperature for the duration. The flight attendants tried to make everyone happy with the temperature but several people you could tell were excessively warm and just wanted a bit of airflow.

Don't fly thru London Awful and huge U need 4 hrs to transfer cuz u have to tale buses to and fro from airplanes Bad business

Staff with low service level, forgetful. Temperature at 15 C and after asking twice to raise the temperature the crew did nothing.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food for an international flight also I wasn't given a toiletry bag which is customary in international flights.

They had about 20-25 people overbooked. Including me. Why is this?? I was put on a flight to NC an hour later with a 4 hour layover. I was supposed to be home at 1045am instead i was home at 7:30pm. An extra day to pay for dog care.

Boarding is not controlled as groups called was not enforced

The plane was clean. The crew were lovely. Food was good - but seat 1D is a poor location. - the crews cupboard is right near your feet and they visited them frequently swishing the curtain from the galley onto my feet everytime also creating a swish of cold air each time & then slamming the door.

This flight was booked with Iberia, but when we got to the airport, it was actually switched to Level. We went to Iberia terminal, then had to be redirected. Ridiculous that we had to pay for a soda on the plane. Also had to pay for earbuds, no pillows. If we had wanted a blanket would have been charged. This is not the British Airways experience. Flight attendant was non existent. Had our call light on for 45 minutes with no response. Attendant charged for a drink, forgot to bring it back. We would never fly Level again. If British airways is going to switch out carriers, We would not fly with them
