My experience was great. The flight attendants were very helpful and nice, and the food was very good.
Very bad experience flight was over 5 hours delayed 😑 not a chance to be put on another flight we had to stay at the hotel we lost 2 days on our vacation. Never again I will fligh with Ethiopian airlines.
I liked nothing of Ethiopian airlines except the price of the fare.
Like: It arrived, Dislike: Boarding was a separate corridor with no counter announcements at the passenger waiting area. Very dirty airplane and toilets, food options were terrible - everything even the vegetarian option was a curry spice. Many other passengers using the toilets would not lock the door and kept door partially open during use - flight attendants would not enforce or direct them to lock it and light turns on, no entertainment options at all, other passengers would be singing and not peaceful. Atrocious flight experience.
Like: Plane made it to the destination. Dislike: Food is terrible, no entertainment, very dirty airplane.
There where no ear phones provided and the food needs to improve.
I have been flew with ET since 2013 and I wish the service can be reach standard airlines as Star Alliance member please ET you need to improve many thing on the services learn from SQ and other member
Flight was delayed resulting in a series of unfortunate events. I ran the airport as people were yelling my flight anyone who can’t run wouldn’t have made it! Then the luggage is missing. Good company, execution needs fine tuning.

Boarding was delayed and people were just sitting there like lost.
A 13 hour flight with no food apart from what they offered from a menu you had to pay for. On top of that, there were no blankets, so during the flight when the cabin temperature dropped, everyone was very cold. Neither of these things were highlighted at the time of booking. This is the worst long-haul flight I’ve ever encountered.

One of our bags did not make the connecting flight in Madrid. We have not received any word today on its location. Seats were so narrow and uncomfortable!
The crew on this flight was probably the worst I have ever come across. This applies particularly to Karen and Lee (possibly Jason) - the short, overweight pompous guy - arrogant and rude are possibly too kind a description. This Lee/Jason obviously failed his exams at Charm School, and frankly, in my view, needs to be dismissed immediately. Karen was similar to the guy in attitude, but not quite as rude.
Terrible. Boarding was a mess. We were assigned middle seats and separate just to induce us to pay for better seats. Cabin luggage was checked in while space remained on the overboard lockers. I think they don't really care about the customer.
Problems at check in with prepaid luggage causing delays with both flights, noticeably old and dated planes, onboard luggage bags (BA small luggage size) too big for centre overhead luggage boxes (dangerous if opened) no Wi-Fi available on outward flight, food on inbound flight atrocious, food/drink service on inbound below par.
Always an excellent experience. Staff are professional without being overly fussy.
Well. It is a no frills airline. Annoying is that even for the long-haul everything has to be paid for separately. Once you add up the extras the flight is getting to expensive. Then one might as well fly with a legacy carrier which provides far better comfort. Changing flight at MAD airport is a nightmare. The worst airport in the world. Poor signposting, poor passport control, poor security check and long queues. I had 2h transfer time and spend in queues almost 1.5h
All flights with Air Europa you arrive late to the connections of other flights, I missed my train, I had to pay for my train again, the crew are antisocial, you are paying for a service, it is not free, thanks to the travelers they are there, it is the last time I fly with them,

The insanely long lines at customs were chaotic and stressful. They also created a lot of stress among passengers. Including fights and threats. The hot food I purchased was cold, barely edible. The check in staff and crew were nice and the pilot good but the overall experience was very disappointing. Passengers were still insulting each other upon arrival.
No frills airlines. Tickets were reasonably priced for a short-term booking. But comfort is a big issue.
It was just okay. They overcharged me for a checked bag because I didn’t know it wasn’t included in the airfare.
Very small dinner, NO breakfast. You have to buy an earphone.

It is the worst ever airline. All employees I spoke with over the phone were pompous asses.
The gate information was never populated on the Delta app or the airport displays or the desk at the Delta lounge. We found at the last minute that we had to switch terminals and just made it to our flight. Even this we found accidentally by asking an employee at another gate. On board service was poor. Seats were very poor. All in all a poor experience. At best like a Premium Economy on other airlines

You idiots…ITA cancelled our flights one month out and we had to buy new tickets at a much higher price. You stiffed us by not refunding the cost of the insurance. I’ll never buy through Kayak again.
It was horrible the woman next to me was sick and I asked if they would change my seat and they said that they didn’t have any available. I sat next to this women for 9 hour and now I am sick .
We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.
Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late
Crew was good. Very nice staff. Wine was good. Problems- no AC while waiting for takeoff. Long wait so we should have been more comfortable. No water for quite awhile. Food should have been better for an Italian airline. Chicken was pressed rounds of processed meat- not tasty. We had only one hour for our connection- ran through airport- plane waited for us and staff was helpful.
