Pros:Привітні стюардеси. Багато вільних місць в салоні під час корони.
Cons:Передзамовлена їжа - непідігрітий бургер, який було так запаяно, що неможливо просто розкрити руками. На смак - гаразд, аби перекусити, та не варто мати високих очікувань. Персоналу варто попрацювати над вимовою в оголошеннях. Дещо затиналися й не звучало впевнено й офіційно.

Pros:Liked the blanket, the nice leather seats. I enjoyed the chicken actually and the breakfast roll.
Cons:This is something that has happened to me on every flight/airline I have taken to India. I am sat next to some slightly older Indian nationals who I find inconsiderate. This again happened on this flight, the 'gent' next to me continually elbowed his way into my space, kicked me, fidgeted, pushed against me continually. when I asked him to stop kicking me and to move his feet back to under the seat in front of me, he tried to silence me as if I shouldn't be talking to him like that or that I had no right to be annoyed. I was in pain, couldn't sleep. He encroached into my space so that he could give his wife lots of space. Selfish. I do feel it's a cultural thing. It doesn't happen to me when I fly to other destinations and travel economy. I didn't feel safe at the end of the flight when it was taxing to the bay. Passengers turned on their phones the minute we hit the tarmac and were opening the overhead lockers and left them open even the plane was still moving at speed. I thought things were going to come crashing out. It just doens't feel save and controllled when fellow passengers do not follow instructions. I worry what would happen if there was an emergency.

Cons:Flight was delayed over 8 hours in leaving Kiev. The plane was old and the business class was not as pictured when booking. I'll never fly with Ukraine ever again

Cons:No se por q fuimos a Dubai sin aviso creo q e una falta súper grabe 3 horas por “gasolina” creo que es una falta de respeto. Pude escoger otra aerolínea
Pros:you are asking if crew was amazing and if seats was super comfortable ... well ,crew was OK and seats would be super comfortable if you not move for eight hours but can you not move for eight hours???.....
Cons:would be better if all seats would be like business class seats otherwise there’s no solution ...

Cons:Everything. This flight was absolutely horrid and I will never be flying Ukraine international again!!!!!
