It was one of the worst flights ever! They sold a business class seat which in reality was a terrible economy plus seat. Is is a scam! It should be rebounded as such

The original flight was canceled and we were rebooked in our ticket class was not respected. We were treated like cattle and no right to any amenities or food on board unless we paid for it and this is flying business from Bogota to San Jose. I guess the summary would be Avianca never again!
