Cobrar por escolher assento em voos longos é desumano e um tanto quanto covarde, pois já vamos passar horas sentados. O banheiro não tinha papel e estava bem sujo. O avião era um modelo novo emlderno. O entretenimento muito bom com filmes modernos e a refeição estava muito boa. Vôo atrasou demais.

Dreadful - queued to get onto a bus, stood for 10 minutes on the bus, drove to the plane, stood for another 25 minutes on the bus outside the plane. When allowed on we could only board from the front & were seated in the furthest row back. The second bus was allowed to board from the back so chaos ensued!. The flight was an hour late - nobody said why, nobody apologised. On arrival at Heathrow we stood for nearly 30 minutes before being allowed off - again with no explanation,

As far as I could tell, there was no food service(!) on this flight. Like the attendants were on strike? No entertainment or wifi. Like, I didn't even know where we were unless I looked out the window and tried to recognize landmarks. Never had such a flight. I think you would have had to pay for water but they never offered that service.

Of course food only if you pay and no entertainment. As always with TAP they collected hand luggage and you must check in. This happens mostly with TAP and is not acceptable because others are having three pieces or more. TAP should be consequent and collect hand luggage only from those who have more than one piece.
