Pros:The crew was nice in handling all the complaints.
Cons:Our carry on luggage is acceptable on every other airline, but not on Flybe! hey, the $50/bag each flight is a great way to earn some extra revenue, as is the $4.50 for water! Also the Aircraft was noisy and dingy. Thanks, dudes.

Pros:Very helpful crew!
Cons:Seats are cramped beyond my already low expectations. Flight boarded 20mins *after* written gate closure time, but took off promptly, so not a big deal—but time wasted at the airport all the same.

Cons:Transit information and process was rather confusing. Perhaps the airport guidance was not aware that stating only Terminal E was not adequate. Found it was Gate K but right on the top it also showed terminal F. Perhaps both were in that direction.

Pros:We left on time and landed early.
Cons:It was cramped, uncomfortable and the plane was very, very noisy. I couldn't hear anything in my noise-cancelling other than the sound of the plane jets. My ears were actually sore by the time we landed.
