The flight got delayed 3 hours from Montreal and we missed our connecting flight so it was a long journey

Flight was cancelled due to maintenance issues. It was a nightmare to get an alternate flight back home.

Some of the crew was sassy and not super helpful. The food was okay, but it seems like they were all unprepared compared to my flight I did from JFK to Frankfurt

I really like to fly with Lufthansa. It is comfortable and reliable. The crew are polite and sensitive

Food was terrible. They ran out of options and gave me a bland undercooked pasta and veggies. Only middle seat was available to select although I paid extra. Baggage delayed at destination. Flight attendants not really helpful.

Easy checkin. Things went off without a hitch. The the movie selection for the flight wasn’t great, though.

It was very good, good food good stuff, The toilets were a little stinky.

I bought a ticket and paid for for our luggage but I had to pay for my luggage again. I’m so disappointed! We had a 30 min delay and because of that we missed our connecting flight and were told that we would be on the next flight (9am flight ) but we were landed we were booked at 12pm flight. I had a little baby w me, it was very stressful. I begged to leave at 10 am at least. I was emailed that we get a voucher but they didn’t work when we were at a breakfast store. I’ve been always happy w Lufthansa but this time was awful.

I’m glad the bus waited for me to connect me to my next flight since we were delayed. Flight was good.

The flight was comfortable, which allowed me to get some sleep, much appreciated!
