9.1 Wonderful
Pros:The rooms were nice with strong A/C, comfortable bed, microwave, frig, and really fast WIFI. The complimentary breakfast was great with hot scrambled eggs, tasty sausages, fruit, muffins, waffle iron, and lots of other choices. There was also coffee and free bottled water in the lobby. The staff was friendly. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. We enjoyed our brief stay there.
Cons:It took 2 phone calls and 40 minutes to get picked up by their airport shuttle and it's a 10 minute drive to the airport. In the morning before leaving for the airport we asked whether we needed to reserve a time for the shuttle back and were told "no, the shuttle leaves at the top of the hour". We showed up to the lobby 15 minutes before the top of the hour and were told that the shuttle just left 5 minutes ago. What? Luckily, the manager was standing there and graciously offered the give us a ride in his car. We really appreciated his responsiveness to our needs. Hopefully he is able to iron out the wrinkles in their shuttle service.

Pros:Location, outdoor access to rooms (no long hallways), refrigerator and microwave, friendly staff at front desk.
Cons:We have stayed at this hotel several times. This time our room had a somewhat peculiar bathroom sink. It was somewhat high and the counter followed the curve of the sink but was very wide so that it was quite a reach to get to the faucets and the sink. It was as if the vanity was designed for a very tall person with long arms. We have never noticed this in the past so perhaps it is just this particular room.

Cons:i stayed there during an overnight layover for a flight. Since the layover was over 12 hours, I could not ship my luggage to my final destination. So I had some heavy luggage with me. Without an elevator, I struggled with my bags to get them up the stairs. There didn't seem to be an elevator, nor staff to help us with that.

Pros:Businesses within walking distance, shuttle from airport, lots of extras provided like blowdryer, ironing board, microwave, fridge, diswasher and separate tv couch area seperate from bed.nice hot continental breakfast from 630am to 10am.
Cons:Bathrooms were clean but gross or need of upgrade appearance more or less cosmetic. They provide a kitchenette but provide no pots or pans to cook with, idk if you had to ask for them or not but unrealistic to pack cookware if flying or to buy cheap cookware, but for someone driving its useful. Bottled water supposed to be brought everyday but I guess you only get 1 bottle no matter how long you stay. Tv is limited to basic and 1 hbo channel, no on demand and they have a cafe on site which has a nice continental breakfast and alcholic beverages but no room service menu.
