Pros:We did not have breakfast, was that supposed to be part of the deal? If so we were not told. They allowed us to check in 2 hours early. That was about it on the "good" list for this hotel.
Cons:Sheet had long dark hair on it (my hair is short and blonde), feathers stuck up through the sheet and pinched. Did not have a remote for the TV, called for a remote and brought it but it didn't work. Called front desk and they said we had to come down and get batteries. Did that and remote still didn't work. Called front desk and they sent maintenance up to discover it was the wrong remote for that TV so they found another for us. Housekeeping unlocked door and walked in without knocking, she had been told room was empty. Room did not have a hair dryer although advertised all rooms have hair dryers. Called front desk and they said they would find one. 30 minutes later called and said forget it, hair was already dry. Something weird with power outlets, phones and computer would not charge. Parking was terrible, very few spots for the size of hotel. Many things in bathroom falling apart including exhaust fan falling out of ceiling. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and it was never this bad. I don't know if they are under new management, but would not recommend this place! There are other much better hotels in Guam around the same price.
