I really wanted to like this place, but nearly everything just barely missed the mark. The staff were friendly but most other things like cleanliness and comfort were just under average. The hot water in the shower was just above warm so you weren't satisfied. The continental breakfast was ... Meh. Comfortable bed, too bad it will just be mediocre at best. Want to watch some TV? Great! Here is a setup from 2005 with spotty satellite and a remote that makes you click up and down thru the channels. Our whole family woke up at 6:30am to get ready and get out. To be honest, nothing was awful... But everything was sub-par to mediocre :(

Pros:Breakfast was a brown bag, unlike before where it was a great hot breakfast. This is a change from pre covid.
Cons:Online was told that the pool and workout area were closed because of covid, and understand that is due to local health department guidelines. However we were not advised online, nor at checkin that there would be no housekeeping services during our stay. We were unpleasantly surprised upon our return to the hotel, and were told this was due to covid. I believe that this should be an option that the guest chooses, not a decision made by hotel management. They are not generous with towels, so had to request more towels, as well as trash removal. Disappointed with this stay, and is our 4th time choosing this hotel for our visit to Ontario. Not sure will stay here again!

Pros:Cookies in the Afternoon were a nice treat. Walking distance to the mall, dinner Etc.
Cons:They should provide more choices of fruit for breakfast besides just bananas.

Pros:I really like the restroom was really clean and the bed and sheets were very clean! Bed it’s very comfy!
Cons:I didn’t like that fact that as soon as you walk in the hall ways are stinky, carpet very dirty, even the public restroom at the hotel smell way better! The odor it’s really bad I even got a headache! My room smell ok but some what old carpet! The carpet was very very dirty tho! Stains all over the place! As soon as you step out of the bed a black spot of everyone that had stay there. So yes it had an odor issue. And for the price I rather had stay at motel 6 which are cleaner in that sense! Sorry all the staff was amazing but dirty carpet and bad order nah not a good thing at all!

Pros:Excellent staff, very professional. Very accommodating, very comfortable. Was close to both freeways and shopping as well as restraunts. Fresh cookies and coffee 24 hrs a day. Starting the day with the free breakfast......the eggs bacon and patotieseach morning were restraunt quality. Extremely clean, tables and counters. I would and will stay there again.
