Pros:The hotel was nice and clean
Cons:The staff were not very Friendly, the beds are horrible. Rock hard mattresses even onsoftest setTing, I cancelled my 2nd night and stayed at hotel nearby. Cheaper rate much better bed

Cons:The breakfast buffet charged my card 2 times. Once for the cost of breakfast totaling 49.95 and they also charged my card an additional 495.95 and failed to tell me they made a mistake. Now I am trying to get the money back from the hotel.
Pros:Breakfast omelette was good. Friendly staff Clean and well stocked bath Room was very nice
Cons:Crab soup was not good. . Limited TV channels. Hotel was hard to see from I 35
Pros:Within munutes of caling front desk to report clogged sink, maintenance was ar at our to.fix it.
