Pros:We stayed in three hotels during our trip to Italy, and this was our favorite. Very centrally located, a short walk to all the museums, etc. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and sincerely friendly. The room was gorgeous, the breakfast the best we've experienced in a long time. We'd definitely stay here again if we returned to Florence.
Cons:A tad cold, even though it was in the 90s outside. Had to turn off the AC. That did the trick.
Pros:Excellent service high quality hotel, really loved it and will definitely recommend and come again
Pros:The hotel is beautiful. Great location. Cosy. It reflects Florence at its best. The staff was great, friendly, helpful, knowledgable about the area, restaurants, shows. We had a great time.
Cons:Our only complaint is Florence is a noisy city at night and that requieres windows that are soundproof. If they change this, its a 5 star for us.
