I've been staying at this hotel for a conference for a few years now, and have watched the quality deteriorate. My shower was full of insects. The front desk lost 9 hours of a friends pumped milk with no apology. The conference facility was uncomfortably hot over both days, the sound system caused a lot of anxiety for our event.

Pros:I loved how each floor had a theme (as it was near halloween). Service was good, room was clean, hotel was fun.

Pros:looked forward to going to a concert so the location was wonderful however...a blizzard kept us from getting to Denver and Hilton will not allow any refunds or rescheduling - such a bummer.

Pros:Staff was super friendly!
Cons:The smell of marijuana on our floor when we arrived was stomach turning. Trying to explain to my 10 year old why it smelt terrible at the hotel was embarrassing. We didn’t have time to express our concerns because we were on a tight schudule. Also, after returning from the ballet there were people smoking marijuana rightout side the entrance. This has been a huge reason we try avoiding Denver because it’s so prevalent everywhere and even businesses are just allowing it on their premises or rightin fro for. Pretty disappointed overall.
