We reserved a 2 Queen Premium Suite for a family vacation (2 adults and 2 kids, ages 9 and 11). Sadly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Here's the brief list of everything that did not go well: 1. The pull-out sofa bed broke and was unusable. We didn't discover this until we were getting ready for bed. We had to pack up our stuff and move to another room but there were no other 2 Queen rooms available. We ended up getting put into 2 different rooms which was not ideal for having 2 kids since we had to split up. 2. The room was not cleaned very well. There were very large clumps of hair in the shower and the carpet had many large wet spots. 3. The door to the suite would not close because it was installed incorrectly. Very poor quality build. 4. The refrigerator was broken. We set it on the coldest setting and it never got cold. 5. The safe was unusable because whoever had the room before us locked it and housekeeping never reset it. 6. The soap dish in the shower was broken and unusable. 7. The pool had so much chlorine in it that it stung our eyes and nose just walking into the room. When we brought up these issues to the staff, we were met with terrible responses. We were constantly told there was nothing they could do since the hotel was full. It took a lot of arguing with the desk staff before Jenna, the General Manager came out. She was the only person who understood the situation and was able to address it. The rest of the staff was just not very helpful and provided no solutions or support. Jenna's actions are the only reason we did not leave and find another hotel.

We checked in late and had an issue with our booking. The night manager sorted through our booking issue and made us very happy with what he was able to do. We got the room we wanted and had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was amazing, don’t forget to tip the cooks!

Pros:Embassy Suites Seattle-Bellevue was a great place to stay as I attended a 3 day conference. The staff was courteous and prompt. The continental breakfast and afternoon snacks were a special treat. My room was beautiful and functional. Overall, a very nice stay.
