Pros:People were friendly but not helpful, hotel is pet friendly, pool hours are later than most hotels!
Cons:Our sink and shower had tons of hairs in them and on the shower walls, the shampoo and conditioner was halfway used, when asked for more they said house cleaning had left for the day and we’d need to come down and get them from the desk. The shower water barley even came out of the facet. Definitely makes me wonder if our sheets where even clean sheets. 🤔 the breakfast was very plain, I Was really excited to stay here but extremely disappointed. I think this hotel was once a nice hotel but it hasn’t been taken care of at all, rooms need to be updated and cleaning staff needs to be thoroughly trained on how to clean.

Pros:Hot breakfast and wine in the evenings. 2 room suites.
Cons:They have taken away any snacks during the manager's reception. Snack mix or something would be appreciated. We had problems with a VERY loud group all during the night. It took repeated calls to security to actually get security to break it up. Everything exhoes in the atrium, exacerbating the problem. Finally at around 3:00, they moved upstairs only to congregate near the elevator. Again, calls to the front desk. Finally, around 4 am they were broken up and went to their rooms. From there, we had the pleasure of listening to them argue and fight. We weren't the only ones complaining and I don't understand why the police weren't called and them leaving.
