Fine. It was a 25 minute ride in a tiny plane that left 20 mins late

The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.

As I paid for extra space - the seat was OK. The snack is very bad! The service is fair. The WiFi was so slow i could not see the provided movie and free TV. Just had so seat all the time...

Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.

Window seats on the 737 are tight and narrow. Staff was good.

El al is the best choice for flights to Israel.

Delayed as always, very dirty and old airplane. Not very friendly staff. Just a sandwich for a 5 hours very expensive flight.

I paid $1050 for this flight. I paid an additional $99 for a "comfort" seat that was nothing by comfort. The "extra leg room" was fake, made up by making the seat slightly recline at the most upright position. That alone, killed my back! In addition, it was so narrow, fitting a Barbie not an average size human (me). I asked for white wine, when beverage were offered, they had only red which I cannot tolerate, so I had to skip, even though I really needed some wine to relax. Cheap! Again, for the price I paid, I should have had a selection of white wines, even in economy. The food, supposedly by Shai Granot- made me want to avoid Granot's restaurants. The beef meatballs were nice and tender. the rice w hairline noodles were so soggy and soft it was disgusting. The so called bread was half dry when reached my tray. I love eggplant, but the mayo killed it. From the country of Tahini & olive oil you offer mayo w eggplant? As I said, I am likely to avoid Granot's restaurants. The exterteinamnet was full with old boring movies, limited and old TV shows and free intrenet only for texting? Again, for a premium price seat and for addition $99 I should have had a fukll internet access. Likely the last time I travel ELAL.

The Business Class seating did not stack up to other airlines that we've experienced. There was no privacy and the seats in recline for sleeping were not well padded and comfortable. There was no mattress pad provided either. The crew was not as respectful and accommodating. We have no specific complaints regarding the crew except to say we've been treated noticeably better on other airlines, for example, British Airlines. Lastly, we were immensely disappointed when we got to the Denver airport as our flight was significantly delayed, granted, due to a lightning strike in a nearby airport, but what made this worse was our discovery that we could not use the United lounge for the 3 1/2 hour delay. We were told our Business Class tickets could only be used for outgoing overseas flights. This left us scrambling to eat the sad restaurant offers at the Denver airport. All in all, we would not book another Business Class flight on Lufthansa.

All 4 flights were late. Plus delays for cleaning planes . On return baggage was not even on the plane arrived next day not received until two days later . Very poor experience.

It would have been better if the flight hadn't been an hour late, causing us to miss our connection. Even without the delay, Lufthansa do not allow adequate time for passport control and getting yourself to the departure gate.

At Muchin the service woman for Lufthansa at the Airport was really horrible.

Second time I took this flight, and they lost my luggage both times. Waiting for my suitcase now, last time it took two days to get it back.

Really bad airline, they treat you like you would be treated on a budget airline.

The smoothest boarding, courteous and experienced attendants, comfort and food/drinks I have ever experienced flying Economy on any airline! It made a 12 hour flight no burden at all - Thankyou Lufthansa!

The business class seat is the same as economy with 2 people instead of 3. That's not how it should be.

Checked in is easy and it was a smooth flight from LAX to Munich

Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable

It was like moving cattle around. Very abrupt, uncomfortable and not much hospitality

Flight delayed by 1hr when we already boarded because someone had to get off. Leg room is terrible for 6ft people like me.

I used the airline 5-6 times for the last year and every flight have had perfect timing and I like it. Despite catastrophic absence of space for my legs 😁

The crew was utterly non helping and non courteous.I asked for a water. The air hostess could have said it's paid . She informed me that I will come later after serving but never turned up. The seats were never comfortable.My first and last flight with Pegasus.I am not taking again

The plane left Istanbul 1 hour late and the AC was not really working great it was so hot inside and no air. This was my worst flight in a long time since I had a flight with Ryanair.

Cheap and cheerful. It’s a super cheap, no frills flight. Very professional and as it’s an A320 relatively spacious. Seats do not recline. Happy with the service. You get what you pay for. Can’t complain

I had 4 flights for less than a week and there were no delays and issues. Thanks to the crews and for perfectly organised service.

There is no usb for charging the phone you should provide the water

Crew was super nice, boarding was fast (all trolleys were asked to be checked in), no entertainment at all, food - well, better if one brings ones own, and, surprisingly, they kept the schedule. This time around - 2 thumbs up.

I liked: Helpful, informative, pleasant crew. Could be Better: Check in. Stowage space General cleanliness especially toilets. Ugh!

It became a standard of this company to delay it's scheduled flights by hours! One to two days in advance, a notice of one hour delay is issued, then - at the airport, another 2 to 3 hours are occurring, at our outbound as well on our incoming flights. Be advised that this is to be expected. Furthermore - do not expect any transparency or explanation or just pure information from the company's reps on location, nor any other compensation or just a coupon for a snack or drink. It's probably just not part of the company's relation with it's clients.
