They booked me to the wrong location (22 miles away from my chosen location), a different location than mentioned on the kayak app, and cleaned the car after I arrived for pickup, and still charged me the same price when I only booked the car for 24 hours and had it for 3 hours less due to the location and rebooking issues.Reviewed 2024 Aug 27

The line for both pickup and dropoff was REALLY long. Once I did get to talk to someone the staff bent over backwards to make the experience smooth.Reviewed 2024 Jul 22

Pros:Staff at pickup was efficient and friendly.Cons:Car had low tire pressure warning light on at pickup. Tire lost pressure overnight. Drop off location as promised on reservation was closed with no drop box. Took car to other location, and they were unable to take me 3.2 miles back to the closed location due to COVID. Told me to leave keys with car dealer and they would pick up when they had a chance. Website info on drop off locations was incorrect. Limited weekend hours are problematic. I now don’t know whether my car has been returned and how much extra I will have to pay due to the inaccurate information provided. If your motto for years is “we will pick you up,”, you might want to notify folks that you are unable to do so more clearly.Reviewed 2020 Nov 08
