This was a Hertz/Dollar combo place so keep that in mind but that is how it goes at the PVR airport. I was coerced very strongly to buy additional insurance even though I already had adequate coverage for what is required. The rental price shown at the counter was higher than booking by $30 or so and attempts to demonstrate were summarily ignored.Reviewed 2024 Jan 09

Car was fine. I asked for third party liability only and only noticed later that they had added another insurance for $280 pesos a day for theft which I did not request.Reviewed 2024 Jan 08

Cons:Despite the fact that I had made a reservation for a vehicle, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was informed that they did not have any cars available for me and they could not estimate when a car would be available nor could they help me to locate another vehicle to rent. I will never rent from Dollar again.Reviewed 2021 Jan 05
