The only issue was I wasn't aware that there wouldn't be anyone at the counter at drop-off. I was lost as far as the return process and an airport security guard had to assist me. This rental saved us when we missed our flight and needed a quick affordable way home. Budget saved the day! No complaints!Reviewed 2023 Nov 10

Cons:Better explanation that I would have to take a Uber or taxi from the airport to pick up the vehicle. I stood in line at the airport for almost 30 mins as they where behind. Once I got to the counter it was explained that I had to take a Uber to the other location.Reviewed 2021 May 23
