Pros: My pickup and drop off where in different locations which is really appreciated since very few rental companies allow that. Other than that car was ok and had no technical issues. I also got a very detailed report right after the return which was really helpful. Cons: rental was expensive compared to previous rentals and pickup at Memmingen airport was a bit slow.Reviewed 2022 Aug 27

Pros:I rented an intermediate Ford Focus or similar from the airport and was offered the BMW Mini Cooper on arrival, which turned out to be really fun to drive and comfortable. The check in process was easy. We were not gouged an exorbitant amount for required insurance. We returned the car right at closing and they let us leave the car for them to process in the morning. We were charged the correct amount without any problems.Cons:Everything was great.Reviewed 2020 Aug 04
